Things To Know Before Install
Not all launchers support transparent status bar i tested on go launcher and it worked after enabling transparency in go launcher options
for the toggle layout to work you must edit line in your build.prop file ro.gn.statusbar.style and put its value =2
i.e. ro.gn.statusbar.style=2
since it is a white theme with transparent background it might not look good with several wallpapers

how could I do? Should I use APKTOOL with which file?

Nexus live wallpaper and status bar png from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7611112&postcount=39 but i only use statusbar_background.9.png
but I advise to darken the png, if not on the white background you do not see the clock

With the battery and clock you can change the order of what status icons are from source. It's one of the xml's in framework/base/core/res/res/values (I think it's array or config.xml).
Not sure on what controls the placement of the date.
I used to have a screenshot of the clock in a different place but I can't find it now :-/
**Make a Backup**
This may have already been done, but I got soooo tired of looking at the white, I changed the icons for the Notification Power Widget in oICS.
Since those Icons are a pain to modify, some of them I just re-did, so they may be a little different. As you can see in my screenshot, the GPS icon is different...
**IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER STATUS BAR OR NOTIFICATION BAR MODS OR THEMES INSTALLED, THIS WILL REMOVE THEM**
**THIS WILL NOT GIVE YOU NOTIFICATION POWER WIDGETS**
Therefore, you can either pull the images out of this systemUI and copy them into your themed systemUI or upload your SystemUI and I'll do it for you when I have time....
When they're on, they are ICS Blue. When they're off, they're grey. (Wifi is off)

I'm on Kangy Ultra and its awesome! Currently the most professional looking theme I'm using with animated icons in the status bar is mixed ics, I like the gradient fades of blue in the download progress bar, wifi and 3g/4g status bar icons, just the theme overall is pretty sweet, a few changes I would like in another release is other various colors other than blue, I would like the status bar drop down menu to have a different background/color, here's how it looks now:

I would also like this keyboard to have a different color, whether change the color of the white keys or change the blue, kind of irritating me:
I would do this myself but I've gotta wait another week until I can buy a new PC due to my old one crashing so if anyone would be willing to do this that would be great...also a lot of the apps for this theme are inverted so keep in mind if you change the color, keep it coordinated(I'm hoping someone will do a gradient fade/theme layout of cyan(light blue) to lime green with a hint of red or purple...btw I did not make this theme but here is a screenshot of the download progress bar:

Yes you can use a custom launcher with an icon pack but that only changes the icons in the launcher obviously not for multitasking, ....
Its a small an minor thing but i find it kind a annoying because its a android feature and you could change it the developer options for the Galaxy S20 but not even more ind One Ui 3.1
Yes you can use some icon packs to transform the system app icons to for example round icons. I test the "WinterSkyUx" Icon pack from galaxy themes. It changes camera, telephone, messages apps to round icons but for any not supported icons (Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, ...) it just draws a white circle around the "rounded square" icon witch looks even more ugly:
