I'm desperate now finding custom ROM that most 3rd party cam apps like camera 360 works.
The problem is quite the same, with flash and autofocus, capturing image is slow as hell.
the only camera apps working properly are stocks ones (LG stock - ported by arararagi, and JB stock)
I wonder if this problem is hardware related?
If anyone has solve the problem please tell me, thanks

Yes i've tried slim rom and camera is working fine but it doesn't have the feature i need.
If it isn't ROM related So it is hardware related then?
Maybe it's time for me to consider changing device, i really need to use camera 360 and camera zoom FX

still doing experiment with cam apps and i realize only cameras listed as system apps working properly.
but when i tried to change any cam apps into sistem app they FC immediately after start.
no solution yet
I am looking this me too. I can't figure out what sort of bs lg has made here.
LG camera and stock CM camera are the only ones that are able to take pictures with flash and auto focus on. I can't get anything out of the logs on where the issue is. Really really annoys me since this should be the only android phone not capable of this. I wonder how noone else mentions this or complains about this.
If it was only LG camera that works i would say that LG has made very specific changes because it has installed a crappy hardware but since CM stock camera can take pictures too there should be somewhere a setting for this.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

a tip - stock camera also has issues with manual focus and taking pictures IF you select face tracing. check out if there are any bugs in the logs when using face tracking mode. thanks for trying to fix this annoying issue.

I have same issue, but on ICS rom i never had that problem (with auto fash and flash on). i should say that in stock camera on JB i dont have any problem but on 3rd party its a shame. i.e, on camscanner when i want to take picture with auto flash or falsh on takes 10 sec .
It's a software related problem as you know for each costume rom there is a baseband. maybe thats the reason.
I've even emailed LG about this and their reply was to check it with the 3rd party manufacturer since they "can't guarantee" about play store apps running properly.
Sure.. i would just do that if it was only one application that had this issue but we are talking about every camera app exists.
It can't be that it works properly on every android device but this. If it was for every application to go low level in order to work with specific hardware then we would have a very limited device specific apps.

Same problem here and it really bugs me because I like a lot Snap camera. Just to report that CameraJB+ and Lenovo super camera works good with flash
I use Lenovo super camera on Avatar rom.It works great and it takes good pics.Try it.
I have emailed LG, Camera360 and Line Camera concerning this issue. I would advice you to ask the same primarily on LG and secondary on the camera apps you really need.

So after trying every JB rom compination i though i would also give a try on ICS v10h.
On ICS v10h all camera apps are working fine and take good pictures with auto focus and flash on. So it's something they've done on the JB update and camera blobs.
Camera issues on JB
I am experiencing the same issues. I didn't notice it much since most the time I had good lighting so the flash was not needed. I tried:
1- Camera 360
2- Camera Zoom FX
3- Perfectly Clear
4- Camera MX
5- ProCapture
Issue: when trying to take a photo with a 3rd party app using flash and auto focus, the device freezes for several seconds until the flash is released and the photo taken. This can affect if the photo is even saved, as I had instances where the photo is taken, but not saved.
The camera is very important to me, enough that I'm thinking to go back to some stock ROM. So far all the ROM's I tried have some sort of issue with the camera, BT, battery usage and external storage. I hope all these things will be sorted in the long run.

I am having very strange issues with my Nexus One. It seems to be having issues with later versions of Kernel and recoveries!! I have tried flashing almost all the custom ROM's and it ends up with a blank screen. Nothing gets displayed. But the touchscreen and phone itself works. Because I can get calls and I can see everything using android screencast program on my desktop.
To resolve the issue, I always flash 2.6.35.4_SVS-925mV_CFS_AXI_720p_1113MHz_082710 on top of any ROM I install. This has been the case with every ROM. Trust me, I have tried almost every ROM out there! I was running adb shell bugreport and found the below error (highlighted in bold). Is this what is causing the problem? Any ideas how to resolve it?

May not be the issue but I had some blank screen problems first time I rooted my N1 because I has accidentally flashed an AMOLED only recovery image on my SLCD N1.
Unlikely to be the fault as you sound like you know what you're doing but just in case I thought I'd tell you.
I saw this on another thread somewhere on the forum, someone who had the same problem as you. Now it's not to discourage you but I don't remember finding a solution :/ now that doesn't mean we can't try but unfortunately since you've tried a lot of ROMs the only thing I can think of other than a radio flash would be to try passimg to get back to stock.

Probably it was me!!! I tried installing Gingerbread ROM some time back. It ended up with the same problem. I have been thinking if its really a hardware issue and just use whatever works..
Whenever I try to update Chrome on my stock Moto G, I get told that Play store has stopped and I see that the update has failed. This has been happening for a while now, with no change - each time I go to update it says the same thing. Most other apps have no problem at all (Barclays Mobile Banking is the only one I have seen that shows the same symptoms. How can I make it update?

The problem
situation1:
- SuperSU app is active on the foreground
- When I su from adb shell i get the confirmation prompt and get root without any problems
situation2:
- SuperSU app is not running
- When I su from adb shell
sometimes it keeps waiting indefinite but SuperSU. app never starts and therefore never asks confirmation.
other times it works like expected
situation3
- SuperSU app is not running
- Start rootexplorer it waits indefinite (super supersu app never starts)
- If i manually start SuperSU then it sometimes ask for permission for rootexplorer

Hi All,
Im currently using the new LineageOS build for the Samsung S9+ (Exynos ), but android auto doesn't seem to want to connect to my car. worth noting that with a stock rom, android auto works fine, so its not a hardware issue with the car, or the phone.
Rather than pester the maintainer of the ROM to fix the issue, id like to learn how to debug the issue myself and hopefully go back to him with some meaningful info on what needs to be changed to allow it to work.
Im not able to pull logs from the car (Audi A4 2017), only the phone.
Symptoms:
Notification shows on the phone "Android Auto is connected to your car", when connected via usb
Car screen never changes from the "connect your phone to your car to start this feature"
Phone is listed in the infotainment settings for smartphone connections for android auto (when connected), so i assume its handshaking, but tripping up later down the line before the screen projection starts.
My google-fu has only seems to have come up with some info about an x264 encoder needing to be present, and an issue with the contacts database on a lineageOS rom, but I cant find any info on what this would throw up in any logs for the phone, or android auto (where to AA logs actually get written to if you change it to developer mode??).
Any pointers such as which logs to check, what sort of items to look for etc would be much appreciated!

Don't expect fingerprint fixed for now as this problem comes from realme itself. Just wait for realme fixing this problem.
Anyway this PE+ have Wifi not working.
If bombsquad have thread in here, I think can be easier to tell him about this error.
