Battery/charge problems - Sprint HTC One (M7)

My phone will indicate 100% charge and never will change as it drains, never seen to actually get a full charge despite the indication, when I actually charge the phone it will go to 99 % then stop. When I reboot it will say 100% but never change until it shuts off. Then will reboot and say like 8%. I have wiped everything, install different roms, factory reset. Nothing seems to work. Help me! Lol

Did you try changing the charger?
Edit. Also try doing full wipe before flashing sense rom. It means, cache, dalvik cache, data, and system.
Sent from my lair.

I have tried that and works for a bit then starts again.

Try ruu back to stock from here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40712553
If that doesn't work, maybe you should take phone to sprint.

Yup. That's my next step

You might try to get into recovery and wipe cache. Worst case, wipe data and cache and see if it'll boot back up. If not, you'll have to flash back to stock or whatever custom rom you had running.
Tried that didn't work. I'm rooted not on a custom rom.

Leave it charging for several hours, then try to go to recovery to wipe the cache.
I left plugged in overnight and still won't turn on. Not sure what to do know.

Try plugging it in without the battery, if nothing happens, your phone needs to get repaired.

Tab 8.9 Att won't charge

Shows mtp initialization then mtp connected. And the battery shows an x it does seem to charge when shutdown. But never shows fully charged. Anyone have this problem? And sorry if you can't see the x I tried. It shows the same in an original dock and straight connected to usb in computer and charger.

Doesn't support USB charging... only using original charger from a wall outlet.
Kernel modifications can enable USB charging but idk how to do it.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
That's what I'm using. The little cube that came with it and the black charger. Any other ideas? What kernels can I use? The part numbers are interesting on this thing.not the same as the p7500 etc..
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
It shouldn't show mtp when you wall charge.

That's my issue. I don't know what happened.

Any update on this? I'm having the same problem, stock kernal. Don't really want to start flashing things.
sammobile.com has your firmware.
something with the tab or the charger is making it think that it is plugged into the usb and not the wall charger, and since USB charging is disabled in the kernel, you are out of luck there.
Im having this issue on i957 on latest Rogers rom. Using a generic cable as my used tab didnt come with stock one. It doesnt indicate its charging but it does verrrry slowly.
Simple answer is likely to get a stock cable but im just waiting for my 7.7 to get here and ill try that stock cable.
Wonder if this app would work. USE AT OWN RISK. Will probably only work on the i957.

Im pretty sure my issue is a combo of something i installed and removed/still have or the fact none of my wall plugs for the generic usb cable put out more than 1.0A. I say it could be something i installed or an issue with the rom because when i hold the power button a few short seconds i get no power menu but it restarts.
May try that app tomorrow though so thanks for that. Really just wasting time since ill have to wipe everything to start fresh for cm10.

Mobile data

Just purchased the black HTC one. The mobile data hardly works. It's on and off. The 3g icon will appear, but when I try to use an app that requires data, the icon disappears. The WiFi, however, was working fine.
I took it back to the sprint store and they noticed the same issue. They replaced my black HTC one, with another new black HTC one. Same problem was occurring.
Mind you, my friend bought the silver HTC one a week ago and his phone was not having that problem. Even when I was testing them side by side.
What can I do now?
Sent from my HTCONE using xda app-developers app
Take it to the store once again.
Do a PRL and Profile update. ( Settings > System Updates )
If that doesn't fix it, type in ##SCRTN# in the dial pad. This will just reset the provisional data, nothing else.

My silver was doing that at first but after a hard reset and a ruu flash it stopped
Sent from my HTCONE using xda premium
mines does the same with 4g. It says I have it and if i pick up the phone and use it 4g will work for about 30 seconds, then it switches back to 3g, which on compared to verizon's 3g is so utterly slow its not even usable.

You need your msl first. Do ##786# follow prompts. After I let the reset go through and the phone was coming on I held the power button till the phone shut off. Then booted into bootloader and flashed the stock ruu located in the development section. My data has not been turning on and off since.

No a full RUU (rom update utility) it completely erases the device and re-partitions it
I'm not rooted or anything so can I still do that ,if so how do I go about it please

Yes you can, it's really the only thing you can do while the phone is out of the box stock.
But it depends if there is an RUU suitable for your device. Since you say your on the latest there may not be.
Do you have Android tools on your pc? If I asked you to post a fastboot getvar all, do you know how to do that?
It may not even be an issue with the battery, have you tried a battery monitor app like Gsam? Maybe it can identify what's causing the drain
