Can I use BE2 again after unlock bl ? How to? - Xperia SP Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Really love BE2
Sent from my C5302 using xda app-developers app

You can only use be2 if you backed up ta before unlock boot loader.
If you didn't then you will never get it back... NEVER USE ANYBODY ELSE'S TA BACKUP AS THERE ARE DEVICE SPECIFIC.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

With the same file, you can choose Backup or restore.
Download the file and you will see

if you restored your backed up TA after unlocking, will it relock your BL?

I think yes, but ask your questions in the official thread because I'm not 100% sure ^^

It's said that Xperia Z isn't supported due to Sony disabling backup in the device. Did you try? Is it working well?

What about root 4.4.2 !

How can i root c6603 with unlocked and locked bootloader in Android 4.4.2 and install twrp recovery
Thanks a lot

Use the search. This is asked daily. Searching is No. 1 on the list of forum rules.
If your bootloader is unlocked, flash a kernel with a recovery. If your bootloader is locked, downgrade and root.

Yeah, mate. You will use flashmode, which do not require your bootloader to be unlocked. Just download a .ftf for your 6919 and flash with Flashtool using flashmode
