The issue is about resolution.If you install same HomeLauncher on a hdpi the dock will apear ,when you install in a ldpi as Galaxy mini,the dock does not show.

But i got a SE launcher which have 4 corners without a dock.....

The launcher from your screenshot is ported from Xperia Arc,the other one with 4 corners is from Xperia Mini Pro.Are two different launchers,even both of them are called Arc_Launcher.
Both of them work in Galaxy mini.
But if you install Arc_Launcher from your screenshot(Xperia Arc phone) in galaxy mini ,that dock will not apear because does not feet with your screen.Sam launcher is you install in a hldpi(highter resolution phone) for example a Orange San Francisco that has a 480x800 screen resolution the dock will feet with your screen.(i tested this).

Android Emulator (AVD) new skins !

Hi there !
My first post here (and the reason why I couln't put this in Development forum...)
I'd like to share my past days work : emulator skins for more or less recent Android devices (Nexus 4, HTC One M8, Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S5)
Get my AVD Skins on GitHub
As for other/older skins, installation is simple : just copy the skin folder of your choice in adt-bundle-OS_VERSION\sdk\platforms\android-XX\skins directory.

Please note that these captures don't look very neat, cause emulator was launched so as to represent real size device on my 13.3" laptop. However, all my skins are available in full resolution, and cover nearly all kind of definitions (from 320x480 to 1080x1920)
