what is for the 1st one and what is after the "_" sign?

20.2810.30.085AU << this is the ruu version or your rom version & 3805.06.03.16 <<this is the radio version of the rom ..

No HTC sense rom is fully functional as of now..
your best bet is GalaxySense 4.0

(Req) Google edition #STOCK Rom 4.2.2

I have been search for 4.2.2 Stock
But its all custom Roms
Any one have link for Stock not custom

nope you cant get them
sense framework is missing in GPE higher than 4.2.2

There is thread in the apps section for sense camera apk,might want to check that.And the search the forum for stock sense apk's.may not cause any trouble if you just want to install a apk.
