Regarding default app install location, this guide has worked for me in the past.

yesterday i've just flashed my p970 with ICS 4.0.4 stock room (rooted).
is there any thing can i do to swap my internal storage with my sdcard?

i see all app that i move to SD card with Link 2 SD App or choose move to SD card from App setting is copy and move to my Internal Memory ( 4GB ) of sony V internal Memory
