Can you enter download mode?(vol.down, home button, power)
If yes, then you can flash firmware to back to normal
If not, then you need to take it to service centre

Jellymod 4.0 cannot be run on CM recovery. You should flash a Cocore or other kernal first.
so now take off battery then go to CWM ang then flash cocore then make a wipe ( if it can if not flash new firmware via odin)

ICS won't boot on GB kernel, go to cwm recovery and flash some safe ICS custom kernel, if you are not able to go to recovery then use pc odin.

Flashing stock ICS is not recommended, you may have to wipe after flash, better to flash stock or pre-rooted GB rom. You will loose you data, try flashing custom ICS kernel first , it will not wipe your data.
Do you have the cwm recovery from Abyss kernel? if so then volume rocker will not work, it's touch recovery, try again.

Use your finger to navigate, its a touch CWM and just flash notecore or speedmod.
Agree with the post above me try to flash safe kernel first using pc odin if you are able to go to download mode. Then after flashing it wipe cache and dalvik.
Any update? Are you able to resolve the issue?

phone samsung galaxy s gt-i9000, rom is c-rom bean v1.6.5. i can access recovery and download mode.
2.1.1 (18/09/2012)
[...]
Please make sure that your ROM is compatible with this patch (CM10 - 20120917 or later)
Is your ROM compatible? If not, use 2.1.0 or another kernel.
Just jump into recovery and restore backup. You did take a backup, didn't you??
GT-I9000 / SEMA / SLIMBEAN2.3
Flash 2.1.0 via Odin and next time, read what Stratosk writes.
after a long struggle i got out. had to use odin and reflash gb. then i put ics the jb. now my phone works perfect
2.1.0 via Odin would have been enough but anyways.

Install your roms zip file again... on first install it might install only cwm... Install again & you will get get your old OS again,,
Device info: Samsung galaxy s plus (I9001)
I tried to install the custom ROM DOOMNEXUS V2 20121012, before i did this i rooted my device (checked it with the rootchecker to make sure it had worked), installed CWM v5.5.0.4, wiped the cache and data/factory reset.
After i rebooted my device after i had done the above, my device would straight into recovery mode.
I tried installing the custom rom with team power 2.2.1 recovery but with the same result. Each time the device booted straight into recovery mode and i had to use odin to reinstall my stock firmware.
I also tried using other custom roms for jelly beans like cm 10 alpha, but also with the smae result as stated above.
I have no idea what i did wrong or how i can fix it, so that it boots into jelly beans
Do any of you guys know how to fix it?

Thanks! my device is now properly booting
(sorry for my English )
the thing is that my Samsung S wont starts ,when i click the power button its starts in CWM RECOVERY and when i press "reboot system now" it enters a boot loop (the logo keeps running over and over and the phone)
before this happened i originally had the stock ROM of my cellular carrier (2.3.3
then i decided to install another rom and kernel (cyanogenmod 10) so i installed first a clean stock rom (2.3.6) via odin
and then the cyanogenmod rom and kernel (up to now its all fine)
after that i wanted to change and install other rom so i installed again the clean stock rom 2.3.6 via odin...and from then it started to boot loop.
i thought that if i will install the kernel again it will be OK ,but it wont..
and now im in the situation that i have described above..
help SOMEONE please=]

it is because the latest CM10 is based on a different partitioning layout than the stock one.. after flashing CM10 once when you go in a boot loop.. go to CWM recovery by using the three button combo and flash CM10 again.. . this time your rom will boot:good:

I installed the kernel and then the stock rom again but now its just bootlooping without getting load up to CWM recovery
so how can i get into CWM recovery????
(i tried VolumeUP+HOME+POWER but it just get into regular recovery...)
pull out your battery for a couple of minutes then replace battery
;hold three button forever or until it goes into recovery if that doesnt work
reflash through odin and do it again or check out darkyrom 10. re this gets flashed through odin

Most of the users face the BLUE screen issue while installing CWM 6.x from rfs file system. The easiest method to restore your stock recovery is the stock firmware installation via Odin.
This thread will help you to restore your device into stock firmware. You can install CWM 5.x (Stable) and enjoy Stable ROMs upto JB 4.3. Fully functional and stable Kitkat ROMs are not ready for this device at this time.
