not receiving voicemail notifications

Unsure whats going on, not even sure how long this has been going on with my phone. Not rooted...tried resetting it twice now, but still doesn't show or tell me when I have a new voicemail. Frustrating to no end, maybe a new sim card or something? I'm out of ideas & hoping someone can give some insight, thanks.

Are you sure you're getting NEW ones and not old ones?
Try SBFing? (This resets your phone back to complete defaults, even more so that doing a factory reset does)

And get "[System, Kernel, Recovery only; Erases /data]"
instead of "[Complete FXZ]"

Sure thing bud..
Oh and I recommend doing it on a 32bit version of windows insetad of a 64bit. 64s seem to be harder to get working properly with RSD Lite.
And when you connect your phone, use a Back USB Port instead of a Front one, they're more reliable.

I had same pproblem with v20o in canada and had to flash back to stock with cwm.what's your provider? and country? Seems to be a prob with region and not hardware

I'm on Bite. Country Latvia. What rom should i install? And is it the same as custom rom through CWM?

Go to thread root v20j thread page 3 I posted and in first link download firmware for your country and follow rest instructions on How to root it there

Maybe if you want to do the last thing that can help you hear this.
Someone with a problem like you checked Erase Entire CP in SmartFlash while flashed stock v20 rom. After that he writed the IMEI on the phone manually.
This was his fix. Hope you understand.

What scamex said should work, that's what I did because I saw also in the lockscreen by LG (only in the stock rom because I though it was because of the custom rom) LG Security Error or something like that.

How can i do that if the "Erase entire CP" checkbox is greyed?
Windows enabler is on, btw. And aint such choice as "CP USB" in secret menu.

It is on, but still "Erase entire CP" checkbox is greyed and i can't check it!

Strange, since Windows Enabler must allow you to check it. :S

on my comp the box is greyed when you start smartflash with enabler but when i click it.. it becomes checkable

you mean - first open smartflash and only then windows enabler?

Run enabler as admin click on it by windows time to turn it on.then start smartflash. Box is greyed but if you click it,it becomes clickable

And you also need to click on the Windows Enabler button, that comes up, till you can read ON!!! not just open it Maybe that s your fault

still not working. Will try another PC tomorrow.

So, i managed to erase cp. Other problem now. I don't have the CP usb thing in hidden menu, so i could rewrite imei, cuz theere is still no service.
in hidden menu i see Port setting -> *Diag Setting, *USB Switching, *Data Setting.
I assume, the one i need is USB switching, but i can press it all day long and i still don't see my device in hyperterminal. Please help me!

Can please somone tell me how to connect to hyperterminal? My device's port shows up only if my phone is in S/W Upgrade screen, but i can't type anything in hyperterminal. What should i do?

Hi Guys,
i have major problem with my phone and i am trying to do everything what i know, but with no result.
My friends blocked my lock screen and i unfortunately dont remember password to my google account. Recovery not work. Even if i flash lot of things. I have now 4th firmware in my phone with no result . Lockscreen still on.
Is there any solution? Or i have to take my phone under shower? I am working on it for 3 days now.

[Q] Carbon Kitkat [01.05.14] 4.4.2. Network problem

Hi guys,
I have big issue with [ROM][4.4.2][Team P8] Carbon Kitkat [01.05.14], i instaled it into my GT-I9070P and everything works ok, but my mobile cant detect Sim card and when i tried to find new network i get message " Error while searching for networks".
Now i dont know what to do... i´m trying to fix it for like 5 hours... And yes... This is my first root and flash of my phone.

But another problem apears... After fixing mobile network problem, i´m not able to turn on my WIFI. Sorry if you solved this somewhere at this forum, but i wasnt able to find it...

Yes, i instaled latest version, and i tried to find solution at that thread:/ But i wasnt able to find any answer... i also try search through forum... :/ And nothing for my problem and mobile phone.

Well on some previous versions of CM based ROMs we had WIFI toggle problem. It was not turning on, solution was to reboot phone. Try with it.
And you need to do factory reset and wipe cache and dalvik cache after installation. You can do it now if you was not before.

Yesterday i did clean instalation... First i instaled Rom, than i instaled some update for rom(from I9070P to I9070), then i wipe cache, dalvic cache and did factory reset... And everything worked awesome!!! Even wifi... But when i changed wifi (I moved from home to school wifi), i stoped to work... And everytime i tried to connect to some wifi... i get only " WPS server stop working" or "Failed connect to network.".
And i also tried some instructions for wifi.. like... Turn on bluetooth, turn on wifi, turn off bluetooth
or changing name in wifi direct(a wasnt able to, a get message" failed to change name".)

Nothing... nothing... After reboot wifi worked... but only for few minutes... and i´m not able to forget networks... nothing... it ask me to write password... i did that and... again... Failed to connect... Isnt there any diferences between gt-i9070P and gt-i9070??? Do i have to change something in recovery mode or something? Or my phone is just "special"?

You will have to see with that ROM developer, I did not use it so I can't tell you 100% sure if it works or not for I9070 too.

Question Mi11 stuck on bootloop

Hello guys. Hope y'all are doing fine. I'M NOT ! I've got a problem with my Mi 11. So, at first, my phone was telling me that there was too many files on it and that there was no space anymore to add more things on it. Which is okay. Then, to resolve that problem, I tried to uninstall an app which made my phone go black and then got to that ''Recovery Menu''. I tried everything ! I triedd Rebooting, so I go on Reboot but then it goes back to Recovery Menu. I tried removing the SIM card, I tried to ''Connect with MI Assistant'' but the app won't recognize my phone. I tried to go on Fastboot with the Volume and On/Off button but it stays frozen on that image of the russian rabbit. I tried holding the volume buttons while the phone was restarting, doesn't work. I tried to "Safe Mode', but it doesn't work. The volume buttons are working well. I even tried cleaning my phone to see if some dirt got stuck in it. I tried tapping on my phone. I've tried to put it in the freezer. I tried to let it lose its battery and then plug it in, still didn't work. I don't wanna lose my data... There are extremely precious things in there that I cannot afford to lose... I'm begging for help, friends ! Please help me !

I'd like to make Mi PC suite work so I can save everything... Or I'd just like to get my phone out of this recovery mode.

Bootloader unlocked?
Only uninstalling a system app can cause this.

If you bought the new phone and you don't know, surely not.
Google can be uninstalled without causing any problems.

What version of rom do you have?
Bootloop may be due to a software or hardware problem.

Hello, I just tried to clear data cache with ADB and it says "Erase is not allowed in Lock State''. I think my phone is locked ? WWWhat can I do ? I bought this phone 1 year ago.

Surely, another way to find out: restart your phone and look at the padlock on the very first screen.

Nope,In any case to recover it you must understand that all your data will be lost.

I don't know if there's still warranty but I don't really care about buying a new phone. The only thing that bugs me is how to get the data back Is there really no way to backup the data even though the phone is bootlooped ?

Nope,
if it is still guaranteed your data will be lost, I can tell you how to recover it if it is a software problem but also your data will be lost.
If you were using Micloud your data will be restored.

Okay so, if I wipe all my data and it works, will I be able to get the data back with apps from my PC like the one I told you before ?

ALSOO please can you help me with that. I tried MiPCSUITE but it keeps saying ''connect your device usb'' just like I didn't connect it but it's actually connected USB on my PC. Because the bootloop also tells me to go to MiPcSuite. So my problem is that MiPcSuite doesn't recognize my phone. If you can help me with that please

You cannot perform a Backup as long as the phone is in bootloop, if the wipe works you can only recover the data saved previously.
