Hello everyone! Does anybody know how add new language to stock rom? I've been searching answer but i cant found.. Is there some program to do it? example i see stock roms with multi-language in needrom.com , how they do that?

There's plenty of answers, what you should have replied with was what you've already tried and any errors you may have encountered. To get real help you need to show some initiative at least.

I dont wanna use MoreLocale or alternatives, because they doesn't translate everything.. i wanna know ho add lang to rom ..

any body knows how to extract any language from a ROM
for example herbow From JP4 to JPK

uhmm.. thats not the reason no.
Most people can write/talk/read English that is true.
The reason is that you cant extract languages.

由于对android的爱好，一直以来都是android的坚定拥护者。现在HTC G11推出了新的sense3.0 ROM。我自己也想对ROM进行一些修改，更加适合自己使用。
但是，在用Kitchen进行ROM编译到时候，哪怕我什么也没做，只是把官方ROM导入，然后打包刷机。一直都是是卡在手机到第一屏。
后来知道，原来G11新出的Sense3.0 ROM都有HBOOT验证。
那么，我现在该怎么做，去除HBOOT的验证限制呢？
如果有能看懂中文的朋友，希望你能够帮助我。谢谢！
你的HBOOT 是什么 version ?
对不起， 我的中文不太好。。。
如果HBOOT 是 1.16 或 以上的话，你必须Downgrade 到 1.13 才可以 S-OFF然后 去刷机。
如果你已经成功的把ROM 刷进去了，可是一直都是是卡在手机到第一屏的话，你可以Master Reset 电话，再重新重头开始。。
再不可以的话，就是ROM 有问题了。

你好，你可以选择有sense 3.0的第三方固件升级，如果你要官方的话把hboot更新到7.x再更新，当然，最好你能使用英语，因为这里的人都是来自世界各地
关键是我的英语不行啊，没办法的事情。国内论坛把修改HTC sense3.0 ROM的方法收藏的很紧，问了几天也没人回答。
Master Reset我已经用过了。我今天晚上又试了下，BOOT.img我已经替换成ARHD2.1.2的。
不过在刷机测试的时候发现，不论我system分区是ext3还是ext4，刷完机剩余空间都是0B。精简了一些用不上的程序也不行。ROM里面我什么都没添加，只有精简，应该不会出现没剩余空间的现象。不知道关于这点，你能帮我解答一下么？

升级到hboot7.0的确可以无视我说的问题，但很多xda的大神，他们所做的rom，都可以很完美，没有什么限制。
我很想学习这方面的知识，毕竟，别人做的再好，也不可能完全符合自己的胃口。以前还是2.3.3的时候，rom可以自由修改，自己改出来的rom，很符合自己的胃口。

I know, that we have to modify services.jar to have fully working BLN in stock rom, but I cannot find a step-by-step guide what to do exactly. Can someone send me a guide for this? I want to install a stock rom, and modify for my needs. I know how to create UOT-mods, how to change the lockscreen, how to make 14-toggles mod. The only thing what I miss is BLN?
Please guys, is there a nice and follow-able guide for this? :fingers-crossed: (If no, can someone explain this to me? )

I only searched for "how to add permissions to apps" on XDA search box & found that
