[Q] Is there any link to download files to flash 2.3.3 with Heimdall?

Hi I can't Flash my SGS to 2.3.3 through Odin by any reasons which I couldn't configure yet,,, anyway i always can flash 2.2.1 XXJPY through Heimdall with no problem at all.. My question is can I flash 2.3.3 through Heimdall? and where i can get those 5 files???

For flashing gingerbread you need odin 1.7 because you can update bootloader with it. Check if heimdall have bootloader update option

If you run Heimdall from command line with verbose output then it should be able to indicate where the problem is, assuming that Samsung haven't changed the product ID. However the produce ID can be retrieved from control panel.
Anyway, let me know what output you get from Heimdall in verbose mode and I might be able to help you out.

For odin try restarting pc, install usb drivers, connect your phone in download mode and than fire up odin

Thanks but how to do get into Heimdall Verbose mode??

The problem is Odin recognize my phone in MTP mode, but when i turn it to download mode it doesn't recognize...

The Odin really freak me out this time around except "Download" mode every mode is connect SGS to my laptop Odin always recognize include "Recovery 3e" mode..
Hope someone will help me out.. ;-(

[Q] heimdall error -12

Hi I've been trying to get ics on my rooted gb Galaxy tab for the past few days. When I load up heimdall it detects the galaxy tab but when i go to flash it says error -12 cannot access device. I've flashed gb to it a long time ago and used it to flash gb to my friends Droid charge. Did it mess something up when I used it for the charge?

Have you used Odin or Kies in the mean time? Heimdall uses different drivers, and will not work if the "normal" drivers are installed. You'll need to install the Zadig drivers (included with Heimdall). Heimdall needs to be in download mode before you can install them though. For some reason my Tab never shows up as a USB device, I always need to List all devices before I see it in the dropdown list.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy S i9000 Bricked

Hello, I have a bricked Samsung Galaxy S, now it reboots continuously and I can't enter in Recovery Menu but I can enter in Download Mode but when I enter in it reboots. It shows the samsung logo and then reboot. I have read about Jig but is there a method through software? Where can I buy this Jig? I have searched in the forum but I haven't found a good tutorial about it, where is it?

Changing batter I was able to enter in Download mode but Odin sometimes recognize and sometimes not. When I was able to recognize it with Odin I have flashed this firmware: mediafire.com/download/7zi08msdhtguuig/GT_I9000_XXJVO_XXJVO_OXAJVO_Sbl.7z
with s1_odin_20100512 and Re-Partition. But when I start appears this message in odin 1.7: Can't open the serial(COM) port. i9000
I have tried with Odin 3.09 and it blocks on "Setup Connection".
Anyone can help me please?

Resolved with Windows 7. With Windows 8.1 doesn't work.

Odin v.3.09 is incompatible with i9000. Last compatible Odin was 1.83, any later may work, but also screw the i9000

Completely bricked (hard brick) Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 2 4G

I was trying to flash recovery and it was done seccessful but when the phone was sent to reboot it didn't turn on again, no logo appear, it is completely dead, but if I connect the phone to PC it recognize the phone as "qualcomm hs usb qdloader 9008"...
Can you help me to fix my phone please? I found some files to restore other phones but I can't find a one for Samsung Exhibit 4G... please!!!
