I have been having camera flash issues on the official Carbon 4.3 nightly. To your knowledge has this issue been addressed? Now that the menu button has been fixed, having a properly functioning camera is my only hold back. Running Mokee rom at the moment, cannot wait to get back to Carbon.

Huh, that's odd. I dirty-flashed over 0819 (not 0820) and everything went to hell. I though I did something wrong so I flashed again (wiping cache of course) but with the same problem. Flashed 0819 and everything is good again.

Very nice. We should get an official CM thread...somewhere in these forums?
I have lots of questions... coming from the CM10.1 unofficial (which is great)...
Anyone flashed this yet? Is this safe/stable to use?
What gapps to use that includes the photosphere and wallet?
Can I flash matrix kernel on top?
Do I need to root again after flash this?

Seems safe to me.
I used the gapps from CM 10.1 unofficial here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010217
Never tried the Matrix kernel but I could not get it to boot with franco's kernel.
CM is already rooted, had no problem getting into /system with ES File Explorer and got prompted by superuser as expected.
On another note there are a few more settings in this then there were in the unofficial build which makes sense as it's newer. Looking very nice indeed!
Edit: Last unofficial build I ran was 11/25, not sure on settings additions since 11/27 unofficial build as I did not run it.
Anyone flashed yet? Working / not working list?
Flashed a couple hours ago, so far so good.

Flashed this first official nightly over the top of the last unofficial build, as I had just recently done a full wipe and couldn't be bothered doing another one. Everything working fine.
Love the newly-ported notification bar settings from CM10 to CM10.1 for circular battery with percentage, etc, which wasn't in latest unofficial build.
Looking forward to daily flashes now!

I'm flashing with TWRP 2.3.2.3 and it gets stuck at the boot animation. Anyone flashed with that TWRP as well, or did you do it with CWM? I wiped system, cache, dalvik, and also installed gapps from here http://goo.im/gapps (20121128).
---------- Post added at 08:00 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:37 PM ----------
Never mind, had to do an actual factory reset, instead of wiping system, cache and dalvik. Coming from CWM, so was a little lost.

Hey everyone as Bajee is taking a break from RootBox, he has left updates to other Individuals. I decided I would start posting my own nightlies for people to use if they so wish. These builds will be for people who want more current nightlies than are officially posted. Please remember these nightlies are created using only RootBox sources and if there are any issues there is a chance it is my compiling that is at fault. I have been using my own nightlies and seem to have no performance issues that are not in the official nightlies.
I have seen others do this so I thought I would help out. Please leave some form of notice if you download a nightly from me (I.E. Thanks or comment) so that I can the number of downloads I am receiving.

Just flashed and everything is great! Still have the bugs from phablet and tablet modes (I guess bajee hasn't fixed those) but THERE R NO MORE FCS! Cheers!
On a side note, the lagging with Ruzzle (and I assume camera is also affected by it too, it's a commit that bajee plans to revert) has not been fixed... Yet. Not as bad as the FCing though.

Working:
- HSDPA+ (I have no LTE capable card, so I cannot test LTE, but HSDPA+ works)
- Bluetooth
- WiFi
- GPS
- Camera
- Video
- Sound
- Hardware Acceleration
Not working:
- Launcher3 crashes, using Launcher2 for now
- SELinux is set to permissive for now (otherwise data and cache do not mount)
- Nothing else found .. yet

Patches:
I attached the changes I made as applyable patches in a zip file. To build (maybe for pollux_windy too):
1. init the Omni ROM 4.4 Repo
2. make "breakfast pollux(_windy)"
3. replace the ".repo/local_manifests/roomservice.xml" with the one from the archive
3a. If you use pollux_windy, change the pollux repository in the roomservice.xml to pollux-windy
4. patch ".repo/manifests/default.xml" with the manifests-default.patch"
5. patch the main tree with the source.patch
6. copy the libqc-opt.so to vendor/sony/pollux(_windy)/proprietary/lib/libqc-opt.so
7. make "brunch pollux(_windy)
8. Hope it works

I do not have a pollux_windy, only a pollux. I don't like putting out stuff I could not test. I will post the changes I made as soon as I get to it, so maybe someone else is able to build and test it for the windy variant.

Any chance of a fresh build for pollux? been running it pretty happily, however it does a couple of odd things (like opening last app when you unlock screen, even if you had already closed the app) which I haven't noticed on my n5.

Building CM11 for pollux ATM. Once thats done I'll upload it and then make a new Omni build. Hope to get both up today.
Awesome work on both counts
These device forums can get pretty quiet, but nice to know things are ticking along behind the scenes!

Uploaded new Version. As far as I tested it everything still works, but no guaranties. Pretty swamped with CM11 as it has lots of sound problems to fix...

Standard is ****e. I wont touch anything without tablet UI.
Flashed Omni-Kitkat_4.4-13112013 - it's really nice, like the look and feel, but strangely enough display doesn't rotate in any apps.
Can't wait to try this when it's ready for windy. Has anyone checked to see if multiwindow made it into this one?

You may be waiting a long time…:crying:

I do not have a pollux_windy, only a pollux. I don't like putting out stuff I could not test. I will post the changes I made as soon as I get to it, so maybe someone else is able to build and test it for the windy variant.
