which recovery are you using?
You may have to flash recovery.zip after flashing the rom if the rom does not include recovery.

In xperiment I haven't any problem cwm worked fine ant I booted in recovery when I rebooted my t now I have to flash again cwm with hybrid thanks
I use cwm 6.0.1.2 for my t

xperiment rom has recovery included in it. Hybrid rom does not.
After you flash a rom in recovery you delete the recovery on the next reboot. In the recovery for locked bootloader thread it explains all this and has a recovery.zip that you can flash AFTER flashing the rom and BEFORE you reboot that reinstalls recovery for you.
You have to do this every time you flash a rom which does not have recovery included in it.

But I bet you have a stock kernel.
Flash a custom kernel with recovery. I suggest doomkernel, but vkernel is good as well.
I must ask "If you are on stock kernel then why did you unlock the bootloader?"

I have doomkernel thanks for the help

with doomkernel you will not need to flash recovery as it is incorporated into the kernel.

So how I can boot into recovery now. I have hybrid Rom install with doomkernel

You have not got doomkernel installed. Other wise kernel version would say "Doomkernel". You still have stock kernel.
Have you unlocked your bootloader?

[Q] Cant install any custom rom! :(

Dear friends,
I always stuck at SE logo whenever I try to install custom rom. Here is what I do:
1. Root My stock 2.1 with Flashtool
2. Install Busybox with flash tool
3. Copy xrecovery's 3 files to system/bin
4. Restart in xrecovery and Choose Install custom zip
5. After installation, I reboot and stuck!!!
I have tried "MiniCM7-2.2.1-shakira" and "GingerDX-v029-shakira.zip"
Any Help?? I dont want to unlock my bootloader.

No, how to do this?? is there any risk of hard brick?
No just find the baseband file and flash it on flashtool
Sent from my X8 using xda app-developers app
i recommend to you to start from scratch, 2.1, root, flash baseband, install busybox, install CWM recovery, the full wipe and flash rom, you can flash the baseband with flashtool, and i think there is no risk, i have done it several times, the baseband xxxx15 is required to flash custom roms.

[Q] Help with Kernel Identification

Hi friends, I happened to install this ROM with Battery Extender 1.6 Kernel. Wanted to flash BE 1.2. Followed the steps. Showed installation Complete. But I still dont know how do i make sure the kernel flashed properly? Can somebody help please?
The kernel is the "Heart" of the ROM" and without the kernel the ROM wouldn't boot
so If after flashing the Kernel BE 1.2 from recovery, the ROM booted fine then I must say that kernel got flashed successfully
And you can make sure if the Kernel got flashed successfully by going to settings>about phone and then by checking kernel information(version)
No need to worry, the kernel CWM Recovery flashable zips of BE flash the kernels successfully,I have tried them personally on the Myth 3 ROM
cheers
Can you suggest me a kernel which wud enhance my battery Life?
Right now i'm using BE 1.2.

Method 2: WIPE all your data (cwm 3 wipes) flash the custom rom and then BE1.2 kernel intead of 1.6
