irc channel???

i cannot for the life of me find an active irc channel for the d3
but what im really looking for is an active channel for the droid x/2 d2/g
so i can get the last leg up in porting some roms for the d3!
any help is much appreciated

What happen to Melvin and the Beastmod thread

Is there no more beastmod support. If not what happen?

I spoke with Mel and he said he's gonna continue on droid-tech.com. From what I was told it was a misunderstanding of some sort. Just follow him on droid-tech. He'll definitely be missed by me and many others. Luckily I have the privilege of contacting him via gtalk.

Looks like it got locked because he got banned from xda. Don't know why. If you want to follow his ROM, like I do, I think you can find his thread on Droid tech. It's a much smaller forum but I think he's there.

What's the actual URL of that site please? Can't seem to Google it. I've tried a number of combinations. Droidtech.com gets: NOTICE: This domain name expired on 11/09/2011 and is pending renewal or deletion. NOTICE: This domain name expired on 11/09/2011 and is pending renewal or deletion. And droid-tech.com gets nothing.

UPDATE: Mel said follow his twitter. He's about to post a letter on twitter about what happen I guess. @bosina_dev is his name. He also said look out for him on droid-tech.com

Follow that woman on Google+ and kindly request a code. I had mine in less than a week. I dont think that you can share code. Once I receive mine game automatically stopped asking for one. I think is linked to Gmail account.

I suggest following Anne and the Ingress team. You would get the code faster. However the downside of that which is, if you get a an invite from them, you wont be able to invite someone else. I don't know what kind of witchcraft is that, but I got a code once from Anne and it didn't have the ability to invite others and a few days later I got an invite on my other email (which was registered to ingress.com thingy) and that had the ability to invite others.
And before you ask, I have used those invites to invite my friends. :good:

Go to Motorola support forums, register your device and there an option to get involved. There's also instructions on a post on how to enroll on Motorola support forums.

Just don't expect to get into this one. Invites are already out and I doubt if registering now would put you in a position to receive one. That said, I had to turn mine down because my phone is in for repair

Has anyone invited to the soak test been accepted yet?
I haven't heard anything yet myself.

I signed up for the MFN yesterday and got an email this morning inviting me to participate and fill out the SurveyMonkey link. So I expect the OTAs to arrive by next week.
