The S4 launcher was posted a few times in the N4 themes and apps section. It should also be in the general themes and apps section for android here.
Do those versions not have rotate?

I am looking for a launcher with which I can see the scrollglow effect in the appdrawer...
I've tried a lot of launchers but the only working I found are adw ex and the gingerbreadlauncher..
Do you have any suggestions and which launcher are you using?
Or is it possible to mod Launcher pro or Go launcher ex?

Use another Launcher. Like Galaxy S4 Launcher Port. I love it ! You can create folders etc. you can find it in android themes and apps section.

Criteria
