Anyone flashed it...? Working or not?

It doesn't work guys.. As i have flashed it in my Xperia Z. Everything remains the same and even in the display settings the same mobile bravia enging 2 displayed.
My bootloader was unlocked and that could one issue for non- working of Bravia 3.
Can anyone with locked bootloader check it and let us know???

You can use any Rom that is based on a stock firmware and kernel.
Make sure you have cwm recovery to flash Rom

Not unless someone manages to find an exploit to unlock it.

i heard you need to be on stock based firmware to install the recovery,
but you can flash on other roms and manually flash the kernel or something like that
im not too sure,

BL is already unlockable, one unlocked u lose all DRM, there is no need for exploit.
Root was needed just to push the recovery to the stock kernel.
And CM uses a completely different kernel than the stock and the only way to flash it by unlocked BL

Exactly. I'm not sure of the chances that non-unlockable devices will become unlockable. If I said any amount if time I'd be making it up :/
One of the devs said that Sony bootloaders are locked up tight though...

Hello Steven, I have mine since mid July, and so far I believe Wifi being oprating normal. Actually seems somewhat better than my previous Neo V. Just as a feed-back.
I have the same with my Xperia T.
Although it's not unstable, the range is pretty bad..

The way I read it, currently unlocking bootloader force closes camera. Is camera force close still there if I use custom Rom I.e. I won't be using Sony camera app but I think camera firmware will still be Sony.

Not really.. flashing requires a recovery to be installed.. Sideloading on the otherhand is easier. You just have to enable "unknown sources" in security settings then open the zip u downloaded, extract the apk inside it and install it

Even if it's deodexed it doesn't seem to work, my Z is in the lastest firmware (>Android 4.3 Sony(tm) edition, rooted, CMW installed, deodexed and it just doesn't work at all
So maybe a fix in some time?
