Nope, it's not in closed beta anymore. On their website it looks like it's not even in limited test markets anymore, although looking at their site's "where can I use it page?" it suggests only Salt Lake and Austin, but a city search pulls up locations here in Los Angeles.
It's in the app store for all (with compatible devices) to download: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=isis%20mobile%20wallet&c=apps
I just installed it on my VZW Droid Maxx, but it's not available for my T-Mo HTC One.

the moto x is an isis approved device but i download it from google. I need the apk so i can side load the app.
I need the AT&T ISIS apk too (I have an AT&T S4 with a TMO advanced sim but it won't work). It seems like it wants the AT&T ISIS app, not the TMO app (or one simply cannot mixed and match phones, ISIS apps, and simcards).
Thanks,
Edgar

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the at&t LG G2 with T-Mobile secure Sim. I'm able to download the T-Mobile Isis app and bypass the root check but when trying to activate it the app says "unable to communicate with Isis." I've tried market unlocked to change the play store market (to at&t) but I can't find Isis is the results. When I try through the website, it tells me I don't have any compatible devices.
I'm hoping the at&t Isis app works for me.
This is ripped directly from the Play Store. It doesn't work with my GPe HTC One, though.

Device problems
I downloaded the app using the 'evozi apk downloader' I would post the link but I am new to commenting on the forum.
The problem I am having on my AT&T Moto X, is it says I do not have a compatitble device. If someone could find a way for it to skip that test, that would be the best.
If anyone could get rid of this error, I would be estactic.

I am looking into buying HTC one when it comes out here in the US. But, i was wondering if Google Wallet is part of the HTC one and if the HTC one supports it.. Can anyone who tried the phone share any info?
Is Google Wallet installed or you have to install it from Google Play?
Did you try to buy something with it?
any info will be great...

So do many people but that does not answer any of my questions !!!
It would work depending on if Google has released it to work in your region.

Seriously now, did you try it or are you just guessing? and for now, please focus on US region..
It has NFC, it will most definitely have all the hardware to support Google Wallet. The problem is whether or not your carrier/region is willing to play ball, and/or whether or not XDA can hack Google Wallet into working with the ROM of choice.

I have a Dev Edition. Google wallet is "not compatible with your device". I have not tried side-loading the APK yet. I may return the device due to many small nagging issues like this.

64gb dev version here. I tried wallet with modaco's toolbox to disable checks and it still doesnt work. However, wallet is not a big deal to me, at all. Cool to show off, nothing more, in my opinion.
just noticed the app is no longer available on the play store. i checked last to week to test, but uninstalled as the phone was listed as incompatible. anyone else not able to find the app? i assume google is not accepting the info on the build.prop as a compatible model?
It is a big deal to me... sort of. I will probably get a GoogleWallet swipe-card when they are available though, as most stores don't have NFC readers anyway here.
I hope the HTC One is eventually added to the list (does anyone know if it has the "secure element"):
http://support.google.com/wallet/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1347934
Code:
Eligible devices for use with Google Wallet
Google Wallet with tap and pay requires an NFC enabled Android device with a Secure Element chip running the most recent Android operating system. Google Wallet is available on the following devices on select carrier networks:
Phones
Samsung Nexus S 4G on Sprint
Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Sprint
Samsung Galaxy Nexus GSM/HSPA+
Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE on Sprint and Virgin Mobile
Samsung Galaxy SIII on Sprint, MetroPCS, and US Cellular
Samsung Galaxy Axiom on US Cellular
LG Viper™ 4G LTE on Sprint
LG Optimus Elite™ on Sprint and Virgin Mobile
LG Nexus 4 GSM/HSPA+ (available for purchase on Google Play)
HTC EVO 4G LTE on Sprint
Tablets
Asus Nexus 7 (available for purchase on Google Play)
Samsung Nexus 10 (available for purchase on Google Play)
International Devices
At this time, Google Wallet does not support devices purchased internationally. The eligible device list above only applies to devices purchased from the listed carriers next to them. For example, an unlocked Samsung Galaxy SIII purchased internationally will not work with Google Wallet.

Did you get "Insufficient secure element privileges for this system image (release-keys)" as your error? I tried with the tool box and that's what I got on T-Mobile version.

I used this mod to get Wallet on my AT&T Galaxy S3 and I loved it. Hopefully someone can release an installer for the M7 too!
FYI, i was able to activate wallet today with no mods to the build.prop or etc. as i'm rooted, it does show the message "unsupported device" on the top, however it appears to be functional and synced to my wallet account. i'll try to test it soon to find out if it fully functional.

Kind of bizarre it isn't working on the Sprint version. Always thought Sprint was all in with Wallet, and it works on the One's predecessor.
Not a good sign, hopefully it's just a matter of something not being set up properly in the rush to get the phone released...

Would you mind sharing the apk with us? I've got root but each version I've downloaded just exits after warning that the device is not compatible.
Running TrickDroid on T-Mobile UK if it makes any difference.
Hello! I would like to start using ISIS mobile payments on my Developer Edition HTC One, because it lacks a secure element that Google requires. It says the service is currently only available in Salt Lake City and Austin, but I don't see how it could possibly be restricted. Any help would be great. I need NFC payments on my phone. It should theoretically work for this device because AT&T claims it works for their version of the HTC One, which is virtually identical. Thanks.
I too would like to start using ISIS on my phone. I went ahead and got the enhanced SIM card from AT&T, but Google Play won't let me install the app. Is that because my phone is a Developer Edition?
With the 20% cash back, it might be worth it to temporarily reflash my phone as an AT&T version. I think that would allow ISIS to work. What do you guys think?
Well, I RUUed my phone with the AT&T image. I now have ISIS working. I plan to take advantage of the current offers, then switch back hopefully when Kit Kat arrives.
At least AT&T is upgraded to 4.3. I didn't really want to go backwards.
I searched, and haven't found a specific answer. On the Motorola site under the GSM De there is an asterisk besides t-mobile. Does this phone support all of the t-mobile bands? And the De doesn't come with all the carrier bloat correct? Thanks in advance.

I can't answer the T-mobile specific question but for bloat, this phone is almost bone dry. That being said, the device is showing as a XT1053 which is a T-mobile device. It also appears to have all the bands needed as well.
This is what my DE came with that I can recall.
Motorola Assist
Migrate
Moto Care
Quickoffice
(plus the Google Apps you normally see)
There is nothing that I have seen associated with AT&T, T-Mobile, or other carriers. There are various Motorola specific services installed but those have to do with the actually useful functions you would want the X for. I turned off the animations (in dev options) and this thing is just super speedy. Skip works pretty well too.
The only thing I miss on this is root. I've been wanting to hold off for a bit before unlocking the bootloader but I'm not sure how much longer I can wait. So far I've tested almost everything I would use for day to day and haven't found any issues with build quality or defects. I'll probably give it a few more days then bite the bullet and unlock it. Google Wallet tap to pay also doesn't work. T-mobile does have the ISIS sims (wife has one for her N4) but I'm not sure whether or not the X will support ISIS.

Ty, I forgot to ask about tap and pay. Seems odd it doesn't work, and isis blows, it only accepts two credit cards, which are from companies that I don't use, and no bank account support. Not that I've ever used tap and pay, just knowing it's there gives me that warm fuzzy feeling, or maybe that's the wine.

Not having a full Google Wallet is a pisser. Supposedly the Sprint and Verizon editions DO have tap to pay though so I don't know if the hardware is different or if ours just has to be tweaked through software.
Wallet works on a lot of sprint phones, but they aren't part of the ISIS program if I recall correctly.

Well, I don't yet have a Nexus 6 (currently on my Moto X 2014, but that may soon change), so I figured I'd put this out there:
Google has stated that there may be delays for those who buy Nexus devices from carriers, but I have a plan:
What if we just unlock the bootloader and flash the factory image for the 6 from Google's site? Wouldn't that get rid of any carrier crap (not SIM locks, but bloat) and allow you to get the fastest OTAs?
I'd like to hear what you guys think, because I haven't read anything about this and don't have one to test it on.
The "bloatware" that comes from carriers (very limited) are installed via Play Store depending on what SIM card you're using so theres no way around this. In my opinion, carrier bloatware isn't the problem, its bloatware from Google. All these unnecessary apps (e.g. Google Books, Google Earth, Google+, Google Photos, Google Movies, etc) is the bloatware concern, not from your carrier.
I personally use custom ROMs so OTAs don't really matter to me.
I assume your talking about the AT&T version since the T-Mobile version is the same as from the play store and there is no solid info about the Verizon version. And nobody uses Sprint anymore so... For the AT&T version there is already info here on how to remove their chaos from the Nexus 6.
As far as OTAs, there is nothing to suggest carrier branded phones will be any slower in getting it, really only the CDMA carriers have the ability to screw up the update process with their licensing. For GSM carriers even if somehow they managed to prevent the updates from going to phones using their SIM cards, you should still be able to update manually.

Not true... You just complete the phones initial setup without the sim card inserted.
OP, there is a thread in N6 General about "de-branding" the AT&T N6 you might wanna check out

Thats why I said depending on what SIM card you're using. Of course if you don't have a SIM card in the phone, then you won't have any of the apps to be installed from the Play Store.
Personally, just leave the SIM card in and then uninstall the apps. I myself am on T-Mobile and the only app they install is T-Mobile My Account which I already use and the app is quite useful.
The whole processing of using the pin to take the SIM card out is too much of a hassle when you can uninstall the apps faster than putting the SIM card back into the device and then waiting for your device to re-register with the network.
As I've mentioned again, the bloatware is not carrier bloatware (at least not on T-Mobile) but on Google's side with the unnecessary Google Earth, Google Fit, Google Books, Google Movies, etc.
Tried searching but didn't find what I'm specifically looking for; if there is a thread about this already please post a link!
I'm considering buying a N6 and I am currently on Verizon. I'd like to avoid all the Verizon app junk that usually comes on phones. Could I buy a "Verizon" N6 and flash it with the Google factory image to get rid of the Verizon junk? Or If I buy it directly from Google or Motorola and pop my Verizon nano-sim in, will lollipop start installing all the Verizon apps? Will I still be able to use Advanced Calling 1.0 features if I don't have the Verizon stuff installed?

Either way will work to get you a VZW app free N6. I also belive that if you just exit the setup wizard on initial setup of the VZW model then it won't install the apps either. Advanced calling works regardless, as long as it is enabled for that line.

I have a Verizon bought N6. And I have to say, there isn't really any Verizon ”junk" on it. Only 2 apps. Verizon Visual Voicemail, (which you may want), and My Verizon Mobile Nexus (for managing your Verizon account). That's it. If you really don't want those two apps, you could flash a custom ROM or a factory image from Google, but I know I always use the Visual Voice Mail app no matter what I'm running on my Nexus.

There isn't anything from Verizon preloaded on the phone. If you do get Verizon apps, they'll install from the Play Store because of your SIM and you can just uninstall them and be on your way.

Correct information right here.
I was worried about this as well as i purchased mine at a verizon store, but it had exactly zero verizon apps on it.
needless to say, i was extremely pleased by this.
And you can disable apps too. Like I use hangouts for my messenger so I was able to disable the stock messenger. Not rooted or anything. Yet.
