Ok. So you will need to flash a Tmo baseband as well. That's good to know.
Did You have to reroot your device again?
I wish Tmo would have elected to keep the bootloader unlocked.

baseband shouldnt matter. im running c6603 kernel and baseband on my c6606 and everything works fine. try it yourself and see if you have issues. if you do just flash your baseband but i dont think you will. why would you want c6606 firmware anyway c6603 has the latest firmware and c6606 is still on the old firmware

You can update freely; nothing will happen. The only difference between the C5302 and the C5303 is that the C5303 has an LTE antenna. The only difference you might see is the set of preinstalled apps, depending on which region/carrier version you use.
...by the way, there's an unbranded copy for the USA version of the C5302 here.
i have flashed c5303 android 4.3 just now in c5302 and everything is working fine

i didn't checked because i have flashed 4.3 through flashtool.
i have 4.3 TW firmware.
Try finding the lastest updated firmware thats for your carrier and flash only the baseband in flashtool without erasing data and it should work

Hi all, I have the stock 4.4.2 HK .233 firmware for now, it's possible to change the baseband by flashing it through flashtool? If yes what do I have to select when flashing?
Thanks in advance

Simply NO!
You may get bootloop and 89% chance you will get missing IMEI number and no signal

Italy Cell Phone Frequencies:
Carrier 900MHz 1800MHz
Telecom Italia SpA (TIM) Yes Yes
Vodafone Omnitel N.V. Yes Yes
Wind Telecomunicazioni Yes Yes
The bands are already supported by Z 6603 (2G,3G & 4G included)
I Dont see any need to flash baseband
