$50 bountywifi

there was a thread about a $50 bounty to whoever helps me fixing my wifi.
but i fixed it..by doing something.. i dont remember.. i just reflashed back and forth all kind of roms kernel and it worked...for a day..it worked the next day.
then got error, then started working again then error now it wont work.
was running nx sense 1.26 and cm 6
i do not know what is causing the problem
i have no idea how to fix it
i googled spent so many hours searching things.. i still can not fix my issue
so i will start the bounty thing again.
pay method: paypal is the only method i can think of or we can meet if you live near fortworth area, TX.
right now whenever i try to turn on wifi i just get error message
im running nx sense 1.26
when i flash the older driver kernel from the nxsense thread i can turn on my wifi
but im unable to find any networks.
yes i tried advanced setting and all kinds of apps
i do not think it is a hardware issue.
its more like a OS issue as i have found lots of similar problems on google , not just for nxus one but for other android phones
today - i probably flashed about 30 times..trying to get my wifi working.
i flashed completey back to stock FRG 83, FRG83D, CM 5, CM6 , different kernels,
different radios.
and yes i do wipe out system, cache, dalvik cache , data. and everything b4 i flash.
i do not know what is breaking my wifi.
this is what i found in my log cat(when running nx sense1.26, with radio 4.06.00.12_7

my router is gateway 3800HGV.

never had this wifi issue- had iphone 3gs, galaxy s vibrant, HTC g2.
EDIT: hotspot it not working either giving me error.
i guess this one is giving me error cause i dont have data plan .?

Strange problems after CM7 RC2 GB flash

thought id try out GB but after flashing i started getting 3g/H problems where as i couldn't get a signal but could use 2g
so after reverting back to my nand back-up which was the latest MIUI rom but no i still have the same problem which is no 3G.
so after that i did a full wipe along with SD card format and did a fresh install of the MIUI rom but the problem is still there no 3g or internet...
currently on
RA v2.2.1 recovery
5.08.00.04 radio
stock kernel
any ideas guys?

Are you connecting to the correct cell network? And are your APN settings correct for internet access?

checked but nothing has changed
deleted,reset and tried manually entering but nothing so far, been searching around but haven't really found a solution

no 3g on kb1

i have update my captivate with the froyo that have voodoo integrated, and everything works good for the last 2 weeks but today my phone dont have the 3g or any data icon on the top. i still get wifi.
im rooted
please anyone know what could be???

Have you tried toggling airplane mode?
Clearing davlik cache through recovery
flashing kb1 modem again
Calling at&t to see if data is down in your area

ok toggle airplane mode, cleaning cache didnt work i know there is data in my area with other at&t phones my friend have with data and well i asked here first because i didnt want to install again the kb1. but if i dont solve this tonight i will be doing that, so thanks for your help

You should be able to just flash the modem

i flashed the modem but didnt work so i already flashed the hole thing and now its working again
if anybody else have this issue let me know.

[Q] unable to get data connection

Hi guys,
I'm being annoyed by my SGS about his data connection. Hope someone could help me!
Few days ago I flashed MIUI Mintberry 2.1.20 and everything was working like a charm, but this morning data connection switch failed several times.
I've tried to wipe everything, re-flash Mintberry and even to flash JVU stock with Odin, but I still can't switch on my data connection.
I can't even see any icon on the status bar.
Any idea? Is my phone broken?

Hmm this is strange, so you turned data on but theres no symbol, right? Have you tried installing another kernel (maybe also applying the Kernel Cleaning Script)?

I' ve tried everything with Odin, and at the moment I have a beautiful black screen of death.
Odin cannot recognize my phone... I'm very frustrated
EDIT: Upgrading Kies'drivers, I managed to connect the phone with Odin again, so I've flashed the lastest official stock firmware to check my antennas. In the worst case, I'll be able to go to the shop for assistance without problems.

Have u tried typin ur apn maually?

Sounds like a settings issue. Never heard of anyone have this problem before - I've flashed every version of mintberry including betas.

I just had this issue
I just had this and figured out what is wrong, its a easy fix too! Just go to settings and wireless and change the access point for your mobile connection. I had 2 access points and just switched it to the other one and my data started working again!

I've tried to set APN manually, to change custom ROM and custom kernels and coming back to stock too, but still no data connection icon (neither data connection itself).
At the moment, I'm on JVO, the latest official italian firmware, everything is fine but 3g data connection.
Other ideas? Shall i need of Samsung customer service (I hope no!)?

Solved...
MIUI default settings fault: SMS notification has ran out my money and my provider has blocked 3g connection.
My phone is safe!

STRANGE!!! Why the Internet Data isn't working?

Hello Guys,
I have been facing a serious problem ever since I updated my Mi3 to latest developer version. My 3g internet isn't working. I have tried all the possible trouble shooting like reinstalling the OS both stable and developer, clearing cache lot of times, reinserted the sim couple of times. I even tried to flash a lower version but it didn't help.
Initially i was on custom LP with extended partition on TWRP recovery and everything was working flawlessly. I reverted back to stock partition and now using CWM recovery with miui 6 developer version.
On the other hand the wifi works perfectly no issues with it. Not sure whether its a bug or i am missing something.
I would highly appreciate if a solution can be found and i can start using my internet data.
