CSC FOP in a flasheable Odin format (rfs and tar)?

I need to convert a zip CSC (FOP) to a rfs file in a tar one, to flash it with Odin. Anyone have this file? Or whats the proccess to do? I have Windows 7.

just add ".tar"after.rfs and flash with Odin3

i don't have recovery

my phone work perfect, and today my phone is shutdown, and when i try to power on, it's stack in bootloop, and i try to enter to the recovery mode, i not succeed.
i try to put on my phone kernel of semaphore and it's still dont enter to the recovery.
it's very important to not do wipe data/factory reset becose i have important information on app in my phone.

Problem install Devil Kernel

I want to install latest kernel from DerTeufel1980

you must flash the correct version of the kernel, if you are using Jelly Bean 4.3, than you should flash that kernel., if not look for same version as your current ROM.

Is that the removable SD card you buy separately… or simple the internal memory named as SDcard. I`m asking just to DOUBLE check.
Also I have no idea how to use adb, how should I proceed in order to perform the request task?
