I briefly tested with 4.1 d3rp rom and the camera app seems to work so far. I have no affiliation with app or credit for sharing, Just throwing the link in here for the sprint users. Check it out!! Has some pretty cool settings, affects, PIP, GIF etc...

Here is the .apk for the newest Android Market. It is said to be coming within the next few weeks but AndroidCentral leaked it from someone who leaked it haha. Download at your own risk as I am not responsible for any issues that arise!
ROOT USERS BEWARE: If you rent a movie it will tell you that you can't watch the movie due to being rooted AFTER you have paid to rent the movie. So do NOT rent movies if you are rooted!

I wonder if it can be hacked to work for rooted users. There are some great devs on here that might be able to somehow disable the recognition. Well... here is to hoping and a great post eitherway. Thanks OP.

No, I didn't make it.
And no, creating a launcher based off of a leaked picture of an unreleased version of Android (which isn't very close to what ICS will look like) isn't a bad thing at all.

They didn't say for Sprint. They said global.. the international One has 4.2.2 already. My take from that rep is that HTC will look in to a possible 4.3 update for the device in general. If it's worth it then they will do it; otherwise, Key Lime Pie w/Sense would be the next update from HTC
Sent from my HTCONE using xda premium
Didn't HTC already release 4.2.2 for the one, but we are just waiting on the update release from Sprint?

Was going to say the same thing...
The clear text version of that statement is, "Google released a new base and we are probably going to use it for our phones."
Which is something like a no-brainer.

Pretty much. In fact, this is the line that HTC gave a while back when 4.3 was just rolling out. It's pretty boilerplate stuff.
