[Q] Re-rooting? - Galaxy Tab 8.9 General

Hi guys,
Been enjoying the development for the good ol 8.9 for some time and I´m on the latest C-o-M 4.3 (aug release for the 7100) which is really good.
However, when I last updated and reinstalled the OC-tool, it failed to apply. "No root access"... I don´t understand because when I reset I can access the clockwork menu? I have tried to reflash the same version but it didn´t help. Is there some easy way to regain root access??
Really appreciate any help!!!

Read on the 4.3 thread by com the answer is already there read the last view pages

There is no stable MIUI 4.1 for I9001.
We allready have a miui JB... the person who ported it is he same who ported miui ics and miui gb for our device (i forgot his name). Only it didnt work that well and the porter said he wanted to stop porting miui jb (i forgot why but he had a good reason. Maybe this is the same rom... some russian dude downloaded it and posted it on a russian forum...
Oh and maybe this is huge.. but you asked a question, so this isnt a development thread.

More like putting a screen in a picture of a phone. Give it a watermark and put it on internet.
If you found any stable/new roms you will find them here on XDA.

*facepalm* sorry alex...
Anyway. What i was saying, is that it is against the rules to post this. It isnt development. If you have anything to give us, than you may post it on this section.
Until then, why dont we all just say nothing...
Btw. Im currently on miui jb by alex. And it actually not bad at all. Only the soft reboots are annoying, but i think it will be solved by flashing a different kernel

You can ask Alex more about it. But as far as I know and my experience concerns, it either doesn't boot or the system fc's.
Sent from my GT-I9001 using xda app-developers app
Change Kernel on MIUI JB brings lot of bugs ... Then, it's not recommended.
I modded the kernel from CM, to work with MIUI, then if you replace this kernel with an other, my mods won't work properly, and MIUI will have bugs.

cm 10.1 and other 4.2.2 roms

diegoch and shaan, whats stopping u guys from fixing the omx decoders and encoders, diego u were putting the cm 10.1 rom every nightly and the last was 31/7 on goomanager, plz respond and fix it cuz its the only thing that keeps us from using the roms as a daily driver and if it is fixed,we will have a lot of roms working:laugh:
And yet another thread opened about it.
Learn how to code en program and do it yourself. OR sit back, wait and don't moan about ETA's or forcing the devs into doing anything. They're working in their spare time, for us. It's voluntarily, they don't get a single penny for what they do ( exept donations ) so keep calm and have respect for their work. Programming and building takes time. Be patient

I really prefer to see this kind of harmless noob threads, than threads of people very upset with CM wanting a new update or a smoother rom. Like somebody in this forums i've seen complaining constantly in CM threads e.e
