hi everyone
today i noticed that we can't download the RUU files from this collection anymore: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39588860
since bugsylawson (i wish him all the best!) is not able to provide the RUU files anymore, i'd like to ask if anybody here on xda would have the possibility to provide these files again to the community...?
i think this is/would be an important thread to everyone here on xda, so it would be nice if we could get it back again!
what do you guys think?

If I just knew the file name, I could google that and find it, I am betting.

the thing is that I don't have password to download ROM, as I said maybe I simply don't know what to write there because I'm new here

I couldn't coneect to the FTP either (And i'm a mod, so its nothing to do with your XDA account )
I found a post on page 4 - 5 ish, it has a mirror. LINK

Hi all,
Most of the ROM's posted in the development sections are uploaded on Multiupload/Megaupload. However, I can't download the ROM's now that these sites have been blocked by US. Is there any way around to download these? If not, may I request developers to upload the ROM's somewhere else as well?
I stay in India and I have been trying to download Sense ROM's for my G1.
Come on guys, no one else facing this problem? Multiupload and Megaupload working for you guys?
No they arent, developers are adding mirrors and uploading to other sites, what you should do is post on specific threads for the roms you want asking for a mirrior or alternative download option. On older roms that arent being worked on anymore you may have little luck unless some nice person gives you a link, on newer threads the devs will surley put out new download links for everyone. Just ask

You need to make sure your bootloader is unlocked and then depending on what build you have on you will need this root tool

Geez guy don't you read man. You have old hboot so need to change cold.fstab file to 34 to see sdcard again. Read forum mate to find out before flashing anything. I haven't pasted any link to encourage you to read.

Sorry still quite new to Android but need am really keen to convert my HTC One to a Google Edition (Cant buy the Google Edition in my country) but need to change my MID and CID to the same as the Google Edition then flash the bootloader and recovery? Is the correct? If so how exactly do I change the MID and CID. Also do I need S-Off/On?
