How find/write a boot log file ?

Hello,
I would like to know where is the boot log file ? ( for find at what time the phone re-boot in case of crash)
And if it's not doing/writing by the system , if there's an app to control/manage this ?

anyone could help me clarify one thing ...
i would like to know if anyone know any stock firmware that use or have this language built in ?
else i would ask if is possible to add this pack of language to a stock rom or add ?
i have try the apps from playStore that worked but every time i reboot the mobile i get to set again the language and that is very inconvenient ...
So if anyone could help me or point me to one solution i will appreciate all help ...
