I downgrade android to 2.3.6. How to recover original "Recovery Menu"(android 2.3.6)?
P.S. Sorry my english is bad.
When you flash 2.3.6 you get stock recovery. If that is what you want.

That looks the same to me except the font colour. How did that happen? But in another view, red looks good.

On your image there is S2, and our phone maybe have differend look of stock recovery. Trust me - you have STOCK RECOVERY.
Simple way to test is to try to flash some ROM, if it fails telling that sing is not ok - 100% you have stock.

Just flash this ROM, on my stock phone....and yes its only rooted
yes you can iStall this one your phone....(iStall sounds like some f**ked up apple product).....
ok so you can but you need cwn or rzr to flash this rom on your phone.....you can get these with kernel by rafa's kernel......

My wife has 8190N, it went tits up, I gave it to some Android wizard to fix and agreed to install 4.4 rom by CM. My wife doesn`t like it, so I decided to try to put back to stock. Flashed stock ROM last night(SEB-I8190NXXAMA1 via ODIN), but its stuck in boot loop, flashed via Odin param_I8190.tar as per instruction here, still boot loop. I think I also need to flash stock recovery and this is where I`m stuck.

I`ve read that stock recovery file I need to flash via Odin is contained in actual ROM image and file name is "recovery". I have downloaded rom, but no recovery file in there

This is my friend's phone, I dont know what ROM when he was normally using it.

You need to use the right version of the stock ROM; you cannot downgrade.

Flashing the WRONG file makes things worse. "I've tried ics jb".....yea, that's not helpful.

i dun have arabic languge in my phone to some topic said try to flach an arabic CSC file that what i have done
and i flash stock rom same result
I have a GT-S5301 galaxy pocket plus, when turned on it vibrates then it shows samsung logo after that it restarts all over again. when I enter recovery mode I see this screen

I can enter download mode and flash the stock firmware using Odin but that doesn't change anything

hey, i know its a while - but if you still have the prob you can try to re flash the stock recovery, that should give you something to work off.
If anyone faces this problem:
I think just flashing another recovery (CWM/TWRP) should work, if that doesnt work it means damaged/read-only eMMC.
