Phone got dead.. Need help. - Huawei Ideos X6

My MI-410 is bricked. It is not booting up, no keypad lights. At first tried to connect it to my laptop without inserting battery and then insered the battery. The phone started at that time.
But then it again bricked after 2-3 days. And it is not starting since then. I tried the the same procedure but no help now.
I tried the procedure on different computers too, but no help.
Please help me, as I really loved my device. It is completely dead. At service center they said "We can't help you". They can't do it.
Any help will be appreciated.

how did it happen...
just try to boot in fast boot mode. if this works your MI410 is not yet dead.

In case you had nandroid backup before everything went wrong, you should be able to restore your system from recovery.......

Can't open boot mode. The problem happened since when I was flashing a new ROM at midnight. I got asleep and my phone was in CWM recovery for whole night.
When I wake up, the battery was gone and my device too.
None of the methods work. No boot options nothing. Only red LED notification light when connected to Laptop.

plug it to the power socket for few(2-3) hrs without doing any thing. then ur phone should get back to normal.(dont use laptop for charging for this time)
this happened to me once. this is because of zero charge in the battery. the battery needs some juice to become normal.
else you can try to switch ON with spare battery if you have one.

Went to a mobile repairing shop. They said its a hardware issue, and they mend it for around 450 INR.
Feels a good deal. Lets see what they can do. Will go there today.
Meanwhile thanks @reversegear for your kind help.
Also my battery feels a little inflated, maybe the battery is also gone.
Hoping for the best.

Which ROM / Kernel are you on? Are you sure the battery is actually charging? If possible try another battery / your battery in another Note.. Are you charging from USB or Wall charger?
I had an issue with both my girlfriend's and my Note where they showed the charging icon when plugged in, yet they were not charging at all, Issue was resolved by changing the USB cable I was using from the wall plug to the phone.. Solved it for both phones..
i think this either means the battery is tonked or the charger is tonked :silly: Check with a different charger.. If it is USB type charger, change the cable and check.. Even with a different charger if it is the same, change the battery and check.. Hope this helps

In my case I fixed it by running a small file on the battery contacts on the device (very carefully) and on the battery. They seem pretty susceptible to moisture.
My battery was showing Over Voltage and as if the USB charger was connected when in fact it wasn't.
The above fixed it for me!
Cheers!

If you are on an overclocked version of kernel try changing to std version.

[Q] How much does it cost to REPLACE THE BATTERY out of warranty on Xperia T?

Hi,
I am bit uncertain of buying a phone with integrated battery, because of battery life worsening after 1 year and half..
does anybody have experience of replacing the battery at official sony assistance? how much does it cost?
thank you
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-So...603?pt=DE_Handy_PDA_Akkus&hash=item1c3ac6ecf3
and
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BtXZiVLtWc
I thought the battery was 1850 mAh?
http://www.amazon.de/Sony-Ericsson-...1388779047&sr=8-3&keywords=sony+xperia+t+akku
This one does have 1850 mAh
It's 1780mAh actually. This is original battery from my XT that has been replaced with one from my post above.

thank you for your links, I was actually considering this way of solving the problem
I am curious to see if somebody opted for the official support (also experiences with other manufactures are welcome)
I replaced the battery a few days ago, although the video by rounded.com simplified the removal of the outer case which is reinforced with teeth at specific sections. If you have a look at the separate YouTube video by TorensTeam you'll understand exactly what I mean. In the end I only needed to remove the singular screw near the sim tray, although there will then be five connections you need to unpick above and below the battery. The two upper connections are the easiest, and are similar to a stud press when fastening your coat. The lower three each have a latch you need to point upwards, before sliding out the ribbon cables and swiching the battery. My first attempt gave me a blank screen, although my second attempt was completely successful. I simply pushed the lower connections in as far as possible before lowering each of the latches. It is slightly unnerving, but if your alternative is an out of warranty repair you may have very little to lose. For what it's worth my phone feels twenty times better than before, although I'm using an app called safe charge to offset the sleep of death in addition As an aside, most high end phones seem to be incorporating sealed batteries, and depending on what you're prepared to buy the decision may have been taken for you.....
thank you deepershades, it's nice to have so detailed info, I am saving a copy of this thread in my pc

Hello!
I have a Xperia T where the battery is dead, i tryed to start the phone without battery and usb plugged in, it always starts in flash mode as i connect it, if i press the power button for a few seconds the phone vibrates but nothing happens, the screeen remains blank.
Hard reset works also,3x vibrate, but screen remains blank.
When the battery is connected, the phone just does nothing than a very tiny red flash in the moment where it is connected.
If i connect the battery while in flash mode, the green light turns off and a red light appears that is blinking unconstant.
I pushed the lower connectcors as far as possible, and locked them.
Is it possible that the screen only works with connected battery?
can anyone test this for me pls? it would be wasted money, if the screen is also broken..
hope for some replys
thanks
I already attempted this inadvertently when buying a separate gift, an Xperia M, for my mum. The battery in that model is removable but I didn't realise it hadn't been fitted and left it in the box together with the instructions. Upon attaching the charging lead the green LED murmured quickly but then nothing.
The short answer is no battery no screen.....
Okay, thanks for your reply!
Will try it then
Changing the battery helped nothing
When i connect the phone to charger or PC the green LED shows and phone is detected in Flashmode but after some minutes it restarts or something..
When i connect it with Vol- it stays in Flashmode and i can Flash wit SUS or PCC or Flashtool.
Sometimes PC detects an uknown device and led flashes red, but phone restarts after some minutes and LED gets green
When i disconnect the connector for buttons/display, only red led is flashing constantly as long as it is plugged in.
Battery never gets warm, but it should getin warm if its charged or not?!

- changing cable
- plugging it into the PC's USB
Did I get a broken cradle? Any ideas before I return this?
This happened to me when brand new. When in the cradle, try pushing down the watch a little on the side that has the charging pins. This worked for me.
Charging problem
After a two-month use, suddenly it started not to charge and there is big battery image on the screen.
Can anyone tell me what the exact problem is, is it from the watch or cradle?
Thanks in advance.
I could not post the image but the image I have is the same battery symbol within the above picture but full screen without any text.
just got this watch today myself and i am having the same issue? anyone with a fix?
thanks
did anyone find a fix for this?
Same issue here. Brand new out of the box.
Same situation here, after start all updates connecting to phone ect battery lvl goes down to 78%,
when checking after 2h it was 74% but watch switched off suddenly.
Started charging and it goes from 0% but v.slow, after 2h 5% but then after 10min shown 100%
strange now is 98% but will obserw why and what is wrong.

I'm having the same issue. My BRAND NEW Urbane has been charging for 2 hours and it's on 3%. This is AFTER it dropped to NOTHING from 78% earlier today. It's telling me it has an update to install but can't do it until it reaches 40%. I hope mine corrects itself like yours did, I'm so bummed out. I just got it today.
Brand new urbane here. Arrived completely dead, can't set up until 20%, been at 2% for an hour. Painfully slow.
I know the cause with my similar issue
It's the power supply. I swapped it out for an old Motorola charger I love had for a year's. Same amperage and voltage (+.1). It's charging, again.

Okay, well if you can figure out how to bypass the port and charge the battery directly then try that. If it boots up, how is it not charging? second and last question, do you own a factory cable?
please quote me so I get the notification of your reply.

Hey, the only way I think I can charge the battery is by removing it from the device and chopping up an old USB cable and putting the two wires directly into the battery. If watched numerous videos on YouTube. And I have a factory cable I made for a different Kindle. The Kindle won't do n e thing. If I plug the normal charger in the underside of the Kindle gets warm but that's about it. No flashing lights, no charge icon on screen. Thank you for you're reply.

Xiaomi Mi A2 charging issue

I have a mi a2 and it has some problem with charging. Whenever i connect it to a charger, it charges for a second, then stops and then starts again. Because of this, i cannot charge my phone when its on. To charge it, i have to turn it OFF and then it charges VERY slowly and gets to about 80% overnight after 8-9 hrs.
I have tried charging it with different cables so its def. a phone issue.
I know its not a software issue because my phone just got the android 10 update and its still not charging.
After reading some forums, i figured out i should replace the USB port as its the most fragile part. So i bought a usb flex port from ebay and replaced the original port, but then the phone stopped charging completely.
It still kept doing the stupid charging-not charging cycle, but when powered off, it couldnt charge.
Im not sure now if I should buy battery from ebay or not because i think i got ripped with the usb port.
BTW i live in Denmark and i have imported an Indian model and there are absolutely no shops here that repair Xiaomi phones.
What should i do? Suggestions?
Edit: im not sure if this is related or not, but i started getting the problem after i tried charging the phone with a pixel fast charger
This is definitely the hardware problem.
Either your cable , voltage or power related circuits.
However, I don't think it's battery problem.
Consider your situation, I think find a electrician, or electrical engineer (who can deal with electrical board) is highly recommend.

In my MI A2 device, I've been using custom rom and whenever i plugged in my device there is no charging when phone is on so I've to switch off the phone to charge it and when i connect it to laptop it is not showing as well. I've done everything in my knowledge to remove this problem and atlast I've to roll back to stock firmware of device running on Android 10 but that problem is not gone completely. In status bar there is a permanent pop up of ''Charging connected device via USB" and when i plugged my device I've to switch it to 'This Device' from 'Controlled Device' in USB Preferences. It is not charging normally when i plugged in.
please share any answer regarding that I've done everything but can't fix it.
