I was wondering if I can have internet with Verizon since our phones have WCDMA but keep my GSM phone service with my sim? I am sick of this T Mobile internet things not working with outr HTC branded phones in south florida. Anyone?
Negative. The radio will not work CDMA. The chip is not provisioned for cdma. You would need the MSM7500.
Yes that, and the fact that GSM is different then CDMA. If the kaiser supported both but gsm was the main one then you could probably do that but it doesn't.
Quick question about HD7: is US version supports Rogers network in Canada + 3G?
You can use the phone on Rogers, but you will NOT get 3G. Trust me I'm using the phone with FIDO right now, and all you will get is Edge. The T-Mobile bands for 3G are different than Rogers/FIDO. I beleive you can run the phone quite nicely on Wind Mobile network and get 3G.
Hi all, I am having trouble getting my unlocked note that I bought from amazon working on my Cincinnati bell network. I have voice but after searching the internet I tried a few different apn settings but can only seem to get the 2g edge network and not 3g let alone 4g. Any help would be greatly appreciated
i believe 2g is all you will get. cincinnati bell runs 1700/2100 3/4g and your note uses 850/1900. same problem as tmobile usa except the few western states using the 1900 for 3/4g.....
Jesus, how can a country that influent be so totally retarded when it comes to getting a mobile phone to work across the entire country? There's like a million standards and not even the same within a single operator. Get with the times - heard about GSM/WCDMA you know that the rest of the entire would uses?

Thanks, I heard T-Mobile runs the same network as Cincinnati Bell, would their galaxy s II work then?
tmous branded "should" work.. uses the same freq...
You can get more than 2G. CB has their own 3G network but you have to go to the store and upgrade your SIM card

That does not seem to be the point here... The point is that it seems Cincinnati Bell uses frequencies that are NOT compatible with the N7000 being the 1700/2100 band as opposed to the 850/1900 band that the N7000 uses.

Hi all,
I have a Verizon HTC One (M7) that I've brought with me to Canada. According to Verizon, because the phone is an international 4G LTE phone, it is already unlocked. I plan to cancel my Verizon number and get a new service from one of the wireless providers here (Telus (Koodo), Rogers (Fido), or Bell). I would like to know which one of these operators will be able to provide me with 4G LTE data service (if any)?
I am currently using my phone with my Verizon service on Rogers' network, and I have access to data with only 3G speeds (I'm not sure it's HSPA+ or not; it says only 3G on the screen). The phone obviously is capable of higher data speeds, but I was not able to find which carrier provides 4G LTE service on the same frequency band(s) that my Verizon M7 phone is using. I found this page on the frequency bands my phone uses, but it's rather confusing.
Could anybody give me some tips? Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks a lot...
nobody knows a Verizon One M7 is campatible with which Canadian carrier?
