Seems legit ...
yes , but it is for Nexus 10 not Nexus 7.
Please just use the existing Nexus 10 thread

No reason to have multiple threads for it, considering this is the Nexus 7 forum.
Thanks

[Q] Android L

Nexus 4 is almost 2 years old and no other nexus device has ever gotten such long software maintenance.Do you think google will grant nexus 4 users with Android L in an official way, apart from the already unofficial developer previews.

Nexus 6 Android 7 Am I missing something ?

According to Wikipedia Android 7 was released 22 August this year.
Android 7.0 Nougat was officially released on August 22, 2016, with the Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, Pixel C and General Mobile 4G as the first devices to receive the update.[4]

however, via the OTA update there is no offering beeing done up to now like in the past when a new android came out also on the google developers page is no listing of the android 7 to be found.
Am I overlooking something here ? or is the Wikipedia info incorrect ? Or has the update been cancelled perhaps for the Nexus 6 ?
Please Enlighten me!

Delayed for Nexus 6 and Nexus 6P due to likely baseband (radio) issues

Don't you mean Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 LTE? I received the update on my Nexus 6P on 8/22.
The speculation about base-band or Qualcom drivers is just that, speculation. Google only knows the real reason and we will likely never officially know why. When it comes, it comes.

No, he's right. The 6P update was pulled, apparently due to a nasty wakelock.
Could be -- my 3+ days of battery life has been reduced to about 26 hours, but I didn't attribute it to 7.0. I was in the beta program for all of the previews and this did not happen until after the full release OTA was installed. I also experienced connectivity issues with Google+ today, which was odd.
