I'm using the N1 dialer but its a bit annoying that the stock dialer still gives notifications in the status bar. Can I disable them?

So, excuse me for my english, I'm just a French.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace and I would like to:
1/ Have a fuzzy notification center
2/ Change the transparence of some applications like the dialer. I would like to have the black zone where is the "06" transparent. Is it possible for text message too?
