*original dialer is a mess. use other dialers like go dialer or etc. (not included)
*HTC IME is replaced to original gingerbread keyboard. and it doesn't work at first boot so reboot one more time.
*first boot takes about 5~10 minutes.
*it takes a while to load completely. pleasure wait patiently.
*superuser is not included. see original post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1025330
*full wipe before flashing this rom.
*do not expect FULL SENSE EXPERIENCE. some sense widgets / apps are removed and many remaining apps need resizing.

Would any old sense apps work with the framework? to save some size issues?
works fine apart from some size issues but i can get around them for now
is this mean you'll developing this amazing rom again??

a few day ago i see the m10 decoder to resize all the system and apps in sense 3.0 cuz the files in sense 3.0 are using the .m10 files, is there any m9decoder or anythingdecoder? i think there must be a guide or a program
we need a subforum for a NOOB to study how to become a developers from zero! at least how to edit/resize/simple port

I had no problems with it? flashed fine for me and booted up try re downloading it? or re transferring it to your SD.
also what recovery version do you have?

yup i already redownloading and retransfrerring it to my SD and i play with the script lol
i used the CWM v2.5.0.1 and v3.0.2.8(it says update script blablabla)
Ok , installed , instalation gone succesfuly .It booted.
A bit took the configuration few FC's but now it works. Keyboard doesn't work so far(I didn't reboot yet). Notification Bar is so smooth
Most apps doesn't fit.
USB connection doesn't work.SD card works choppy.No calculator
Turning off animation is to big
Somebody checked it under arco kernel ?

Yeah alot of things need resizeing :/ but I haven't had any FC's and the rom is quite smooth tbh so could be a very nice project if people help and dare to switch from the mighty cyanogen

On arco kernel usb is working.
The procces com.htc.bgp has stopped unexpectedly all the time.
Font should be a bit smaller.
Linpack score:4,7 mflops on arco kernel.
Click personalize and go down to sound , nothing is working here.

at least we`ll see sense 2.1 on android 2.3.3 on our wildfire ,sense 3.0 will not

From widgets there was only FriendStream to resize I suppose and messages etc.
Still cannot flash it... what recovery version did u all use? I have problem with the update script in cwm 2.5.0 and the newest mod

i used cm-recovery 2.5.0.7 worked fine here
smooth, lot of resizing to do tho, and fixes, time will make this rom prefect

I am looking for a new skin for my XE sensation.
Since the HTC Hub is very disappointing, I turn to you now.
The Rom is still original and unrootet, so I need a theme in form of an Apk file.
The ROM version is 2.3.4 with Sense 3.0.
I imagine something like these:
[Skin Sense 3.5] [Evo 3D] Beats Ultimate Collection (18/02/12)
[2.3.5 GB] [Skin Sense 3.5] Beats Ultimate Collection (20/01/12)
Where can I find those?
and then I have another question.
I would like to know how to uninstall previously installed themes again.
I downloaded a theme from the HTC Hub and
I would like to remove them again. I also installed an apk from
the link above, but that is not even displayed in the menu.
How can I remove installed themes again?

I posted the following mods to use on stock ICS 2.31.401.2, all you need is clock work recovery and busybox
Smooth Rosie mods for Sensation XL - Sense 3.6 - base 2.31.401.2 - WVGA - Stock support
The zip files will erase both Odexed Rosie.apk/.odex files and replace them with a single Deodexed Rosie.apk file
Those on official rooted ROMs use the stock Odexed file to restore original Rosie before you apply OTA
In other words this will work for users who are still on stock firmware but unlocked with custom recovery
files fixed, for those who asked this mod will kill all kind of stutter during the page scroll effect during homescreen by fully or semi disabling 3d widgets
if you are stock rooted u need clockwork recovery and busybox installed (you can get it from the market)
it should work on all ICS sense 3.6 bases
I flashed this and My device wont boot now
Flashed the 2nd one and did wipe dalvik cache. now its optimizing Application
I try to flash it but the installation abort.
My device:
Hboot 1.28,Official ICS XL 3.6 v1.6 rom,busybox...
Mine went all fine.
I fladh 1st both and then did dalivk wipe and got my device boot up fine.

I want to try to explain everybody who like Miui Roms like me, everything about new Update for SXL (g21miui_IncredibleS_2.9.29_8ee35fe35b_4.0)from here: http://www.multiupload.ch/1FGA6X0S53 (thank's to stona175) and Problems with it.
-You must to have 1.28 H-Boot and ICS Recovery and for that is this Tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1865265 very useful.
-Sometimes it must be 2 Times installed[if first time at install reboot itself, you must to take your battery out and try second time (before install, always full wipe of course)], I don't know why but it works
-After install don't reboot and install this ics kernel (thank's to Lexmazter) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1931375
-First Boot need above 2 Minutes, just Relax.
-This Miui Version has some fixible Bugs (SD-Card,ROOT,G-Apps doesn't working)
But HERE is the Solution!!!
-Via CWM flash attached ZIP files and everything is working

-After flashing via CWM G-Apps you gonna have problems with E-Mail and Calendar Apps.
-From Google Play Root Explorer downloaden and attached E-Mail,Exchange plus Calendar.apk App copy to system/app pfad (you need root to do this) DELETE old E-Mail,Exchange and Calender.apk's,RENAME this two, and set Permissions as rw-r-r for this two Apps.
After this middel-hard Work works everything except Photo Frame Widget's (I use this Rom for 3 Days and it's beautiful,smooth and stable(Battery Life is with custom ICS-Kernel from LXM great) just like original Miui ( I LOVE IT)

The Problem is, SXL has not official Miui release and that's the Reason, that beatsaudio not working with this rom, but I compare Miui v4 Music Sound with Beatsaudio from Stock ICS and I don't hear more BEATS than from Miui Rom. You should try this Stock Miui option because with good equalizer settings I hear every single beat and the earphones shortcuts (Back, Forward,Play,Stop) working too
If you really like Beatsaudio i put for you in Attachment Beatsaudio theme for Stock Miui Music Player, just flash via CWM
