[Q] Stuck at HTC One Boot screen with beatsaudio logo - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys,
First off, I am a complete noob with all this tech stuff. But I felt a little adventurous and wanted to root my One V.
I managed to unlock the bootloader and also root my phone. Phone was working perfectly fine after this. So next I tried installing some custom ROM to change the GUI. I clearly must have done something wrong because my phone is now stuck at the boot screen. I did a google search and stumbled across a page which said I have to go into Recovery mode and Back up or something. I followed the instructions and I'm still facing the same problem. It just won't go past the boot screen. I have no clue what to do next. Now I'm wondering why I even tried to do all this.
What do I do next? Please keep in mind that I'm an utter noob.

Hey guys its been a while since I've even tried to fix my phone cause everyone was saying its dead. But I've been reading stories of people coming back from the G1 logo. So i could really use your help.
Heres the problem, A while back I dropped my old G1 and had to get a new one. Upon looking for the video I used last time to root my phone, I couldn't find it. I searched high and low but to no avail. I figured any video would work as long as it rooted me. So I started up the video. however once i was "done" with it i noticed nothing had changed. So i figured the video was garbage and found another one and started it up. I know, STUPID. Well when i booted my phone after wiping and flashing. It stayed on the G1 logo. I knew the worst had happened. So now i don't know what to do. There have been one or two occasions that I've gotten it to boot loader. So i know i can get there. but what do i do when I get it?
Also, no, I never got to flashing raido's or anything like that. I thought I wasn't rooted so i didn't move on.
I know it was long but I'm getting all the info out there. Please help, I think its possible, and if it is I want my phone back!!!
What were you installing by the way?
EDIT: Made a mistake, thought you were able to boot into recovery.
He does not get to recovery, but into bootloader mode (cam + power on). This is good, as there is a good chance to recover from that.
Try the first section of this guide:
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php/Full_Update_Guide_-_G1/Dream_Firmware_to_CyanogenMod
You have to flash the correct dreamimg.nbh via bootloader. You might need a Goldcard to do so, in certain countries, but lets just hope that is not the case (would be more work...)

[q] g1 broken by downgrading from cm6

Hi,
I have a G1 that I upgraded to CM6 half a year ago. I was excited in the beginning but the more it began to lack the more I was thinking of restoring to default Android 1.6.
Then one moment I decided to downgrade.
I followed the Downgrade Guide in CyanogenMod forum:
wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Full_Downgrade_Guide_-_HTC_Dream
But it failed. I followed every step carefully but now it got broken some way.
What it actually does:
When booting up it gives the T-Mobile G1 screen and after few seconds, like 20 or so, the screen goes black and reboots. And that in an infinite loop.
It had the rainbow image on it so I can boot fastboot. But has no recovery I think so can't flash zips the way I know to do so..
CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS?
I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THAT THING!!!
I hope for some response soon!
Greetings!
Steven

Go here and search like you never searched before

I'm not sure if this is right but I think you can try and flash a recovery image from your fastboot then from there maybe you could flash another ROM? I don't know if that is the case but I think it might work. Let us know if it does.
Yes, I heard that as well, but how??
...
I searched the Cyanogen Wiki, Forums but didn't find anything on flashing from fastboot...
Anyone has experience with that or knows where to find usefull information on it?

Put the phone into fast boot while you have the recovery image in your sd card. It will read it and should flash it.

[Q] Have I bricked my phone? Newbie needs help please :(

Hi All
This is my first post here and apparently I cannot post external links - so I'm gonna have to cheat by removing a few spaces from the links. Mods please don't penalize me am really desperate.
I got my N1 around 6 months ago. Got the gingerbread 2.3.6 update couple of months back and all was well.
Then today I decided I want to try the CyanogenMod on my phone. SO here is what I did:
1. I went to this link below to unlock the bootloader. I got all the way up to step 7 and rebooted my phone. Phone rebooted okay and all data was reset. So far so good.
http ://ilikemygooglephone.com /2010/01/06/ complete-guide-with-images-unlock-bootloader-and-root-google-nexus-one-mac-windows-linux/
2. I then carried on on the same page to the next section titled "Superboot [To actually root your Nexus One]". (Since then I've discovered that this was unnecessary - this is where I may have screwed up) I got to the end successfully - got an okay on the screen and tried to reboot the phone. It would not come on. I tried to power it on with the trackball down and it came on to the bootloader screen. Since I wanted to go on and flash a Recovery Image anyway I wasn't too bothered here.
3. I then went on to this link here:
htt p://ilikemygooglephone.com/2010/01/07/ how-to-flash-ra-nexus-recovery-image-1 -5-3-for-nexus-one/
Again I got to the end successfully, and got the okay as it said on the website.
Now my phone won't come on at all. It does come on to the bootloader screen when I hold the trackball down and it says Unlocked across the top. But thats it. If I try to go into recovery, it will just switch off. If I try to power it on normally it just will not come on.
Help please. Have I killed my phone or can I still save it .
That is an old recovery, try this.

Flash it with fastboot.

[Q] HTC One ruined

Hello.
I don't know if this is the right section ( and if it isnt I deeply apologize)
I think I ruined my HTC One last night though not sure.
I had it unlocked and with Trickdroid on it.
Then I wanted kitkat, did everything by the book, the ROM installed and everything. Everything was good until the first restart.
Since then, it kept on trying to restart. It attempts to enter in recovery mode ( I can see the pink text for few sec) and then is rebooting over and over, in the same sequence:
- wants to reboot but can't
- attempts to enter recovery but falls back into rebooting
I tried EVERYTHING to try and fix it but I think I've ruined it
While holding volume down and power button I can go into recovery ( I think) but no matter what I chose, it follows the same pattern. Attempting, failing, starting over.
Is there anything I can do ?
PLEASE help, Im without a phone..
Yup wrong forum.
Seems like you have to root your device again and flash revovery etc.
Look at the HTC One Forum for help

Noob here - screwed up my T-Mobile One M9?

Hi XDA community,
I'm scared out of my mind. Tried rooting for the first time ever, but don't actually know what I'm doing. Using various guides I found in these forums, I:
1. Used HTCdev to unlock the bootloader
2. Used ADB to install TWRP 3.0.2-0
3. Used TWRP to install UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76.zip
Once that finished, my phone tried booting up (the white HTC logo) but now it has the red development build text at the bottom.... and then it gets into an infinite boot loop.
I don't know how to fix my phone. Please someone here with guidance, please help.
I've got the same identical issue.
I was able to get out of the boot loop by holding volume up and power, and I got back to download mode. From there, since the SU update I tried to install boot looped me (I was following this tutorial), I jumped ahead and just installed cm13 as I was planning to.
This install went fine, but then I ran into the issue of the rom not recognizing my sim card. I've been researching this problem and I guess I need to update my baseband? I tried for hours but I do not know how to accomplish this, and couldn't figure it out for the life of me. This thread on the cyanongenmod forum seemed to be the closest thing to help I could find, but still it didn't help very much.
So at this point now I'm trying to back out and unroot my phone and get everything back to factory settings; it doesn't feel worth it anymore to me since I've just had trouble every step of the way. I've been trying to follow this post to get back to at least a usable factory rom. But I can't even get this one to install because I cannot access my phone through adb while it's in download mode. Furthermore the instructions are just confusing me because I'm not so versed in the nomenclature of these procedures.
Is there anyone that can help me get back to complete stock t-mobile sense? Or if not, help me get my cm13 rom to recognize my sim card so I can at least have my phone working in some capacity? I'd be tremendously grateful of either. I'm really in over my head here and quite scared I won't be able to figure this out.
