When I shut down my t the screen goes black then says xperia then says sony then starts up normally. Why does this happen?

Hi people
So here is the thing
My task switchers has turned to be buggy for a while now
When I press menu key sometime it is no recent apps :/
When I try again then the list of apps appears. It is not as fast as before
Has anyone having this problem?
I'm on 4.2.2

I have this issue too sometimes, but just after switching back to Launcher. Seems to be an Android releated bug. Had it on my old SGS+ too.

I Had it on my s+ since the update to 4.1.2(CM10)
