[Q] Feasibility of sound theme packs as xposed modules? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I know next to nothing about programming, but would it be feasible to have sound packs for various system sounds as xposed mods? Say I want to quickly change between all mario based sounds to something less dorky in one go. If this would be a possibility, would it be a pain to develop?

Let's get a bounty going.

I've kinda asked into it before and it seems hard.
But if we all got together to raise some ruckus for it it should get done. All the roms coming out are about speed. I just don't see why there hasn't been a rom that attempted to
1. Use the Samsung BeholdII notifcation bar with wifi/gps/bluetooth/+ toggels
2. The Pulse 3x3 canvas
Just things like that.
But then again I could be the only one interested in it.. what do you think?
Icons can be used in anything if they can be sized correctly but certain system apps rely on the frameworks from the specific UI overlay(sense, pulse, blur).
Plus I don't think they're interested in doing that stuff.
I literally have no interest.
None.
Maybe I'll have to see it though.

[Q] Creating a theme or mod

I used to have an iPhone, jailbroken of course... And I had this pretty cool modification to when I went through screen transitions they would make sounds and when I clicked apps it would make sounds, what I did is i took audio files and modded the mod and gave it a zelda theme, I'll let you figure that part out, the thing is, I can't seem to find any app or mod like that for Android, can I get a little help.... Im a terrible programmer!?

[Q] CM11 Theming Help

I'm still rocking KitKat 4.4.4 on my Moto X 1Gen because I prefer my Xposed modules over Lollipop. That being said, thanks to a combination of CM11 themes and some Xposed modules, I've given my phone a personalized near-Lollipop look. There are, however, a couple of things I need help with, if anyone is willing.
I'm using a theme called L Style White, which was included in a 2-in-1 theme apk called KitKat White, which has since been removed from the Play Store for having "KitKat" in its name. Since it's no longer available, I've cracked it open several times and made some adjustments and changes, for my own personal use. I have no intentions of sharing/uploading a mod of someone else's initial work on the Play Store. I just made it for myself. I've added a lot of Lollipop elements from other CM11 themes that I liked. But there are two things I can't figure out how to theme on my own, and I was hoping someone more skillful with creating themes would be willing to help me out.
The first thing is the Google "Ears" sound search widget. I'd like to theme it to have a white background and dark text (so it will be visible on the white background). This one seems simple enough, but I can't seem to work it out on my own. Hopefully someone here can.
The second thing is the Reboot dialog, or really any dialog, I guess. I want to remove the white line under the title. This seems to exist on pretty much all dialogs that use the native framework, not JUST the advanced reboot menu. As you can see, it's already themed somewhat in the LiquidSmooth 4.4.4 ROM I'm using. I'd just like to make it more Lollipop style by removing that line. (On holo-light dialog popups, it's a dark line instead). I'm fine with the colors and everything on this; just want to make it more Lollipop style in its overall look. I've included a screenshot of an app that uses the style I'm wanting. Again, I don't care about changing the colors, just the layout of the title and stuff.
So there. Sorry that was so long. Hopefully someone took the time to read it anyway. If I need to, I can share the apk of the theme I'm using, but I'd rather do so privately, since it wasn't my work to begin with. I really just need whatever files/resources/xmls I can drop into the appropriate folder in the 'Overlays' section of the theme apk. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and would also help me learn more by example.

[Q] SystemUI and notification in Lollipop style one in Kitkat?

I've spent much free times of testing all free available versions of Android and have found out best performance, batery life and response have "old" Kitkat. Besides that I can run older games which aren't compatible with LP or MM (however I can't play Titan Quest...I can live with that). But the only thing I realy don't like is notification area, quick toggles and system of notification generaly. Gravitybox can add heads up notifications (it isn't the same as on LP or newer, but at least something like that). I've installed MonsterUI which makes some thing to look like LP, but not SystemUI (even it says it mods this). I've found some instructions here on xda how to mod systemui.apk to achieve this, but it's really long and time consuming process. Tried this someone already? Or is there some Xposed module to make that? Or another way? Thank you.
no need to bother yourself with skins etc. Lollipop is close enough (in battery performance).

Best Framework(Xposed,etc) for our device?

So I want to edit my phone the way that I want it to be and found out that xposed and others can do that, is there a best framework or I don't really know whats it called, but is there a best way? I currently have DotOS which really doesn't have much modification features.
