Take any custom rom like chocobread etc....,in that delete boot.img add my boot.img flash it

edit1: in chocobread it not work, bootloop.. in galaxy mini GT-5570 samsung logo. you can fix it? i not sure if i give you a logcat :S

Discussion About CM9 from Galaxy Young on Ace"i"

Hi guys, i was installed CM9 for Galaxy Y on my Ace"i" and i'm now really shocked!! It work without porting If you don't believe me i'll send screen shots.

Does it have telephony working? (I expect that it doesn't work on s5830i, if it does, awesome, but does it work on the Galaxy Y?)

The, wifi, bt, sounds, rotate creen, USB mass storage, 2g/3g, data, colors and camera doesn't want to work. I don't have Galaxy Young but my dad has this phone and i don't test it in his phone.

In the end of film i mean to be patient about my custom rom called Jillie Bean, because i want to make it on XXLK3 rom for GT-S5830i. Sorry for my english and a little "trolling". I know a few members could to laugh for my accent, my english etc. xD.

I only download CM9 for Galaxy Young by whitexp and change kernel in packcage to latest hell_lock kernel and instal it like custom rom

All Galaxy Young ROMs will work on S5830i, if you use the right kernel. Trouble is, they'll be very very very buggy, and those bugs aren't easy to fix...

No. With non P JB you will hard brick your phone. Wait for P version to be released.

Use Odin to flash JB firmware. And the link from shut_down is just what you need.
