Hi Everyone,
i have a problem with the FreeXperia Rom FXP236/237. I have updated my Xperia V yesterday. I have cleaned the phone and then I installed the new ROM.
- Wipe data / factory reset
- Install zip
- Wipe dalvik cache
After setting up the phone I noticed while using it, that it froze / rebooted every now and then. So I've installed the ROM again with the same result. Today i got the update to FXP237 with no improvements.
Can anyone help, what to look for or what I did wrong?
I checked the RAM utilization and found no problems (around 50%). But Bugreport tells me onyl 18mb free?
I read something about a wrong baseband, but have no idea if this applies to me.

edit:
I deactivated some apps and widgets. Problem was reduced but i am not sure which app caused the problem or if it was just too much for the phone. I do not understand, why do I get problems with the cyanogenmod , but with the stock firmwares or mod firmwares based on stock no problems. I had more apps or same apps running. Why is there a difference between memory usage shown in settings and bugreport?

Hi, i'm kinda new here.. been reading a lot and decided to join..
I've got a Motorola Milestone, just rooted it and upgraded it with the Ho!No! cm7 Mod.
The rom it just great! I have just 1 question due...
each time i reboot my phone, it resets my settings and apps..
etc. I have the "AnySoftKeyboard" installed, and i deselected the default android keyboard and select that one, but after reboot it's again on the defaulted one, same with SMS apps and dialers...
I've tried going to apps - manage and set defaults -> but it's greyed out on all apps.
if there any way to same my current settings?
and another thing.. i'm using the buildin LauncherPro, and from time to time it just crashes saying "Process com.fede.launcher" eccured an error and FC, and only reboot fix that, and then my settings reset -.-
and then everything all over again...
I've tried searching that on google but no luck..
please if anyone could help.
Thanks.
Did you update to official 2.2 before applying HO!NO! and did you perform a factory reset + wipe of all caches afterwards?
I had the froyomod before.. i belive it was 2.9.3, and did all 3 wipes before HoNo :-/
please could anyone help?

I have the same problem, also German ICS. GPS detects as on but no bird discovered at all :-(
Rebooted and it worked, I am sure I have rebooted it after the update but anyways it works.
I flashed romaur 4.x, each version also found very hot and crazy battery draining issue even full wipe in recovery.
Finally, found the NFC couldn't start and the option missed in setting, know that there's got a new firmware for NFC, so I tried factory reset and the update pop up after reboot....
then..... problem solved..... although the battery still use faster than 434....
Hi, i have the ace for two and a half years, i also have changed many roms and i never have had this problem. The last two months i had as rom democracy based on stable cm7.2 . Everything was fine until yesterday that with no obvious reason my phone got stuck. I rebooted it and after a while the same problem occured. Whenever i was unlocking it or opened an app the phone is freezing in a black screen.
I have cleared cache,i have done factory reset, i installed another rom, i installed a stock and then again the democracy but still the same problem.
Is it a hardware problem, is there an app that can show me which is the error?

do you overclock you phone
it cause damage to processor and this problem may be due to overclocking
if not then revert to stock rom and have a clean installation of any rom
also wipe cache partition ,dalvik cache and do a factory reset also format system data and cache
i think that will work
good luck :good::good:
i did everything you said but still the problem exists. No i havent overclocked my phone ever
Hello everyone,
As the title says I have a problem on my S3 (i9305).
First of all I want to know that it has been dropped or anything,
I put the official version 4.1.2 (the DBT for Germany was the latest then) instead of 4.0.4, rooted + busybox + modem network Vodafone Romania (XXBLL5) and it worked just fine until yesterday.
I arrived at work I checked my mail via wifi network, I disconnected I put on charger and after an hour I removed to make some mail and then give it to initialize wifi stupor show he wants to start and stop and did not want in any way to start a (looks like starts and stops).
Good now seeing that I got it and I somewhat empirically and did the following things:
-clear cache, wipe Dalvik, reset permisions - still did not work
-restore the Nandroid for wifi - did not work
I managed to got mad and threw factory reset - still not working height
-continuing with nervousness I flashed phone about 4 times with different versions 4.1.2 and version 4.3 but bootloader of 4.1.2-
Normally he did not want none and some gave the "camera failed" error.
All versions have been flashed after wipe cache, dalvik and factory reset so I say something to remain excluded from one another.
Now I'm on a Vodafone version 4.1.2 on sammobile after I haunted a bit on the internet I saw that its more people with this problem and someone had an alternative after you rename the file "wpa_suplicant.conf" in root / data / misc / wifi.
I did this and go but it is something temporary peak for once stop or restart your wifi is not working and another thing
mobile internet does not work without you come in APN and reset its there.
Sorry I did read both but I do not understand the phenomenon and to solve it because there can not be a hardware problem but rather a problem or write permission on the root folder.
And now comes the question: is there a solution to my problem or a way to see if some parts are protected to rewrite or corrupt?
Sorry for my english i use google translate.
