INSTALLATION METHOD :-
ZipThemer
1) Download one of the Softkey themes that starts with MMZT_
2) Open ZipThemer. If this is the first time using ZipThemer then you have to select "Update Edify", "Browse", and select the .zip of the ROM you're currently using (this identifies the update script and needed files, if you're using a flashed theme on top of your ROM then please select the theme instead of the ROM) and press "Configure"
3) Go back to the main menu and press "+Theme", select the downloaded MMZT_ file and press "Build It!". Select "Always" on the popup prompt to make a backup in case it doesn't work or you want to undo
4) Boot into recovery, and flash the zip on the root of your /sdcard/ like any other flashable ROM/Theme
5) Wipe your Cache and Dalvik Cache just to be sure nothing weird happens on reboot
6) Reboot your phone after this and you're done!
If it somehow still fails just flash the "undo-zip" using steps 4-6
NOTE : SOME OF THE CUSTOM ROMS ALREADY HAVE A OPTION UNDER SETTINGS TO MODIFY YOUR NAVIGATION BAR (SOFTWARE BUTTONS PANEL)

Inspired by this thread: SE Timescape UI for P500 + Other Goodies, I've came up with the conclusion that with the necessary permissions .xml and framework .jar, apps meant for SEMC devices can be used in any non SEMC devices, including our beloved GT-I9100G...
Behold>>>
Xperia™ Timescape™ and SE Launcher+Widgets Ported for GT-I9100G (Any ROMs)
What's included:
-Timescape™ app
-Xperia™ Events app
-Timescape™ widget
-Timer widget
-Digital clock widget
-World clock widget
-Status switch widget
-SEMC On/off widgets
-Photos and videos widget
-Favourites and call log widget
Troubleshooting:
Remember to REBOOT after doing any changes...thank you...
1. Launcher does not appear:
- Download this View attachment Launcher.apk and install as a normal apk.
2. Timescape™ app is not showing anything:
- Be patient. It takes some time for it to sync with your phone.
3. I cannot add my Facebook account to Timescape™:
- Sorry to say that this happens in certain ROMs...I don't know how to fix it yet...Any solutions are welcomed...
4. The Timescape™ app and widget are showing nothing:
a) It takes some time for it to load especially when you have a long list of call logs and messages...If there's a blank screen, try tapping the screen and hit the menu button...also try hitting the "Refresh" button (available after you hit the menu soft key)...if there's still nothing, using a root explorer and navigate to /system/build.prop...check if the line "ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia" is present or not...if not, add it in manually and reboot your phone...
-Explanation: to add lines to build.prop, I used an advanced linux scripting command: "awk"...if your busybox is an older version, the command does not work...so you'll have to do it manually...
b) If all the above are still not working (e.g. Your Timescape™ is still blank), download this TimescapeSpline.apk and push it into /system/app and set permissions to rw-r--r-- and reboot...
c) If it's still not working, flash this Timescape_fix.zip via cwm... Hope that this solves the problem...
*If anything is not working please describe in detail...Do not leave a post that says "It's not working" and just leave it there as if it is never going to be fixed...How the heck am I going to figure out what's wrong? Please read through my posts for possible fixes and if there's no solution, please describe more about your problem...I've tested it on the device and of course I decided to share it after I'm confirmed that it works...why would I post something that does not work to get flamed? so if it's not working for you, please describe...Many complain that we "lack of love" from devs, but when someone finally took the initiative to do something for the community, please help out as no one is perfect...hope that everyone co-operates for a better development of our device...thank you...
**ATTENTION: If you are on a stock ROM, please go to /system/xbin and check whether a file named "awk" is present or not...if not, please use the method for stock odexed ROMs...thank you...
After installing, to make sure that things are really working, please go to /system/build.prop and check whether
Code:
ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia
is present or not, if not, please add it in manually and reboot...
Instructions (Install):
1. Download Timescape.zip from here: Downloads
2. Reboot into recovery and perform a nandroid backup (optional).
3. Flash Timescape.zip and reboot.
4. You're done!
**FOR STOCK ODEXED ROMS:
1. Download Timescape_stock.zip from here: Downloads
2. Reboot into recovery and perform a nandroid backup (optional).
3. Flash Timescape_stock.zip and reboot.
4. Go to /system/build.prop and add this line:
Code:
ro.semc.timescape_keys=Sony_Ericsson_Xperia
5. Reboot again and you're done!
Instructions (Uninstall):
1. Download undo_Timescape.zip from here: Downloads
2. Reboot into recovery and flash undo_Timescape.zip
3. You're done!
or (if you performed a nandroid backup before)
1. Reboot into recovery.
2. Go to Backup & restore -> advanced restore -> restore system.
3. Wait for it to finish and you're done!

What is the color of lidroid's icon in the statusbar? Is the same of previous?
Could you change the background of lidroid's icon? It would be awesome.
Thanks...
hey I currently have V1 and was wondering, what are the differences between v1 and v2?
Also, it would be nice if possible, if you could have a patch where the time appears in the centre of the status bar.
I love V1 and am about to try this one, it looks good, well done!

bro whats the colour of icon in status bar..
is it blue or green..
and swipe notification is there or not..
Using this rom i think its pretty good, i may be wrong but i think its quicker and smoother than v1.
I still dont know what the differences are but i have found one problem:
In v1 holo launcher had more features despite not being able to update the launcher in play store.
In v2 you can update in play store BUT the features that were available in v1 are not available in the holo launcher in v2.
For example in v1 i could edit tabs in my drawer. In v2 i must buy the premium holo launcher in order to edit tabs so currently i just have all my apps in one tab
Sent from my GT-S5830i using xda app-developers app
The Holo Launcher included in v1 version is Holo Launcher Plus. Accounding to xda rules, it is not recommended to include paid applications. I have plus version, but I can't include this.
You can buy this app, or visit papktop(dot)com for getting paid apps for free for experimental purpose only.

Hmm i can do that .but i recommend to use Xposed Modules to change the Battery Icon.
you can have a wide range of options and beautiful Icons so why just stick to one ?

If you haven't fixed the Home FC yet.
1. Uncompile boot.img. Use dsixda kitchen for it.
2. Open init.rc and add following lines to end leave one blank line after that.
Code:
service shelld /system/xbin/shelld
class main
3. Recompile boot.img and replace (If you are using dsixda kitchen the it should automatically replace).
4. Copy /system/xbin/shelld to port
5. Copy following files from /system/lib to port.
Code:
[B]libshell.so
libshell_jni.so
libshellservice.so[/B]
PS : The original ROM from which zoldyck ported was from me.. Which I ported from the Nexus S which had got official MIUI..

File explorer fc's,no signal,no sdcard, theme fc's that are the problems...
Decompile / open up your framework res.apk.. of both CM as well as of MiUi.. Take the CM's storage_list.xml and put it in the MiUi's storage_list.xml to fix the file manager...
If I were you.. I'd port from HTC Explorer.. Of course you have my permission.

The hybrid settings are coming with the v1 releases.. Sometime in the next week.
To add navbar,, add "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0"
To build.prop
Hey guys
Not new to flashing, etc.
Downloaded the jltespr from the website 2 different times, and tried to flash it
from my ext sd card.
TWRP 2.5.02 and cleared factor reset/cache/davlik.
Getting fails both times.
Saying "error executing updater binary in zip...)
also "assert failed:getprop (ra.product.device")
I guess Ill throw it on the internal and see if it flashes from there.
Any quick advice ?
Thanks

i googled that error, and what i found was that you were probably using TWRP. Try CWM.
if you are on CWM, try TWRP
Thanks ved. I did google it but only saw stuff about binary script replacement.
Way above my knowledge and pay grade.
Ill try upgrading twrp first to see if that solves it.
ROM looks nice and I wanna try it.
Thanks again.
