help to make stock HC launcher working

i attached the stock HC launcher.apk and its ODEX file which pulled from motorola XOOM device.
could we get it work on our P6800? really i cannt live with TouchWiz.
how we can deodex our roms if needed ?

I'd be really interested in this as well. The TouchWiz UX skin just ruins it for me.

I'm no dev but would like to see the stock launcher too on my tab. But I think we will get ics before this project is finished...

Maybe app manager can help you deodex it and then replace it with the system/app/laumcher.apk

And how would we do that? I tried replacing and installing, but nothing helped.....

What do u mean with broken... No filetransfer no recharging etc

I can recharge, but i cannot see the phone as USB Mass storage. In download mode ODIN doesn't recognize It. I think hat it is possible to restore stock firmware. Here it is described how to restore stock recovery
But I am not an expert

Is not a driver problem

I have a idea. I need a custom ROM equal to stock ROM, without root. Anyone can make it with this guide (I cannot do it ) and after i can replace recovery with the original one.
Can be a solution?

I am trying to install ultimate pure xsp rom v2 in my xperia sp but I am stuck in bootloop .
I have followed all the instruction properly.
Is the recovery creating this problem ?

You can check the size of the Rom, maybe your download got corrupted so you'll get Bootloop after flashing it

Yes the file was corrupted due to unstable net connection.
I have successfully installed it.
