HOW TO FLASH THIS ROM UPDATE
-first all of you,who now using kernal base 2.6.32.9,please open you SUT 1.8.2 and flash rom andro-id rc 3 or rom sharp..
make sure before you need to continue flash rom andro-id rc3 or rom sharp use SUT please choose format or wipe data
after you phone now upgread to andro-id rc3 or rom sharp base kernal 2.6.35.9,now time to flash this rom CODENAME ICE UPDATE..
-now go to CWM base 5.0.0.2.7
-go at mount/unmount
-tab wipe/format data and system
please give rom CODENAME ICS fresh install/flash
-when you done format/wipe search the rom CODENAME ICS that where you save it and flash/install it
-NOW YOUR DONE FLASH THE ROM

yes is working,and many think is improvement like quality sound(loud sound),quality image,touch screen update and many..,but the bad new video still not quality..LOL...

Elol, what you have done with this ROM, its really fast (when we compare it with AKOP and CM9) also no call volume issue.

Sajok, don't expect too stable ROM like GB at this moment, even when we got our our first GB that was not great stable but slowly when developer worked on the ROM, we got stable one.....
But if you wish to test this one I can say, it is one of the stable ROM among all ICS ROM

i am already using it... enabled fbearly suspend but no old tv effect when pressing the lock button
I am not exactly sure what you are asking but there is an app on the Play Store by the name of Screen Off and Lock.
Configure it, check Delay Device Lock, and select the animation effect Old TV. It offers a lot of other animations to play with.
You don't even need to be rooted for that

trying to pass on the Pi-LAMA's rom. I'm looking for the lockscreen original razr i.
I also would like to know how to put the launcher and system ui French.

The system language can be changed under Settings -> Language & input -> Language (tap the menu entry at the top) -> Français.
The lockscreen style is stored inside framework-res.apk so you need to mod yours, or download and install an alternative one, e.g. max_chocos mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2393777 (without motorola lockscreen)
I don't know if anyone posted an installer zip for the stock framework, but I can upload framework-res.apk from Omars rom (with motorolas lockscreen) if you want.

I hope you understood that this zip doesn't contain the stock lockscreen?
My mod of this framework has the motorola lockscreen, you just need to replace the framework-res.apk inside the zip with this one, before flashing it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45180637#post45180637
Edit: Does Pi-Llama use Apex launcher? I think it does, so I tell you how to change the language there: Double tap your homescreen and go into "Apex settings", then open "Advanced settings"->"Select language"->"Default" (or "Français", so it doesn't get affected by system language)

I looked at it and think I found the problem. You installed "RazRi_BlurLauncher_Install.zip - Reinstalls Blur Launcher with the Circle Widgets and removes Apex" right?
This is the english-only version of the launcher.
You need to install "RazRi_BlurLauncher_Install_de.zip - Reinstalls Blur Launcher with the Circle Widgets and removes Apex (Deutsch)"
This launcher is not german-only, but multilingual (I tested it a few minutes ago). After you installed this launcher version, it automatically uses your system language

Yesterday, i was browsing YouTube for reviews on phones and apps, and i saw some new stuff. It was like animations all over evrywhere- menu, on_touch, on_swipe, on_select ect. And yeah i do know about the transition animations, but this one was different, because it had all particle moving animations, nd glowing animations. I thought i'l check out on that later but couldn't find it. I was hoping if anyone here would know how to achieve such animations- mods, app anything...

Might have been android L, that's got a lot of animations.
Otherwise you can change animations in some KitKat ROMs (ex. CarbonROM).

Not sure if this is what you are asking... have you tried in Settings -> Dirty Tweaks -> System -> Animations (or Gesture Anywhere/etc...) ?
Or Settings -> Dirty Tweaks -> System -> Miscellaneous -> Over scrolling effects?
