Patch for big "back" button on small navigation bar.

Hi guys, if nobody haven't posted it yet on this section, here's the patch on the problematic "back" button when using small(reduced) navigation bar mod.
Tested on my deodexed TX, should work on V and T as well.
Then you can use now the softkey collectionhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2195052 on this forum with no problem on that pesky "back" button. Thanks to matt4321 for the icons.

Not sure but my Rom is deodexed, don't know if Will work nicely on odexed Rom as well.

Try it mate, maybe it will work, just backup in case.
Btw mate, if you are really into flashing themes, you're better deodexing your Rom.
If there's any interest, I can post my deodexed TX-JB_411 Rom done using dsixda kitchen.

Just had a look at the file, as it's editing systemui it's likely you'll need to be deodexed as editing system files on odexed roms often doesn't work and can lead to bootloops.
On the other hand you can just try, but be sure to make a backup

In navigation_bar.xml, just delete the "androidscaletype:center" in the "back" code lines.

[STOCK][JB][BUILD 9.1.B.1.67] Full Deodexed Apps and Framework for Xperia TX

Hello community, this is my first thread here.
According to the title, I want to share the file stock rom deodexed (only apps and framework file in zip).. results my own work using a universal deodexer tool. and this file only for Xperia TX.
Next time i will make some theme for Xperia TX/T/V
REQUIREMENT :
- Official Jelly Bean ROM Build 9.1.B.1.67 installed on your TX
- Rooted (If you have not, please go here)
- CWM Recovery installed (If you have not, please go here for Locked bootloader)
- Locked bootloader and Unlocked bootloader (Just tested on Locked Bootloader)
DOWNLOAD :
1. Xperia_TX_JB_ROM_Build_9.1.B.1.67_Deodexed
2. Fixed_NFC_Xperia_TX
HOW TO INSTALL :
- Put or copy Xperia_TX_JB_ROM_Build_9.1.B.1.67_Deodexed.zip to internal storage/internal SD
- Power off your phone
- Go to CWM recovery or (TWRP recovery but not tested)
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Mount System
- Go to Install ZIP trom SD card
- Choose ZIP
- select Xperia_TX_JB_ROM_Build_9.1.B.1.67_Deodexed.zip and flash it
- Wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Reboot system now...
Attention :
- BACKUP your Odexed ROM
- If you are experiencing FC on NFC app after flashing this deodexed Stock, Just Download Fixed_NFC_Xperia_TX.zip and flash it via CWM.
Now ... you can enjoy the advantages like easier for you to theming, modding, porting .. etc

What does the zip file do? Is it a rom de-odexer? or is it another de-odexed rom that replaces stock rom?

If you not understand yet..
This is part of a stock rom that exist on system, but this is not a full rom, just application and framework file that is in the app folder and framework folder.
I only give the option to user to be easy to create a theme or porting apps. also wider compatibility for mod like systemui mod, and other apks to your device

Use rootfix67.zip, and install it using CWM

No, this is a Deodexed apps (apk) and framework (jar file), this is for build 67, but u can try to install on build 411.. (But please backup your current ROM before flash it)

when you install a deodexed ROM on Tx did you lose you're BE1,it become BE2?

I did not edit at all of these files, this is purely the result of deodex
When you flashing this file, don't forget to mount system before flashing.. And make sure your recovery is CWM on first post (link).
But if still problem, maybe file is corrupt, try to download again

Yes, i zipalign all apps (apk) after deodexed, but the framework (jar) is no zipalign..only deodexed

Yes, if apk is re-edited.. you need to re-zipalign, even need signing if support

You need root, and custom recovery. Simple make a backup in recovery - try mod. If it is working then good, if not then restore backup. You will find out yourself in less than 20 minutes, and you will wait here who know how long. I did not try it, but I think you need to be deodexed, or at least to remove odex files that are used for mod (not sure if it is framework file or systemui, you can check in zip). But I suggest you first method that I told you.

The files are framework-res.apk,android.policy.jar,SecSettings.apk, framework.jar ,framework2.jar(if I remember correctly).

Stereo Sound Mod for Incoming calls and notifications

as title this mod will make your ringtone and notifications loud and stereo like playing in walkman player
1st forgive me for my bad English lets start :
im using eXistenZ Ultimate 3.0.0 and im happy with sound quilty and loud when playing any music file but when someone call me the sound not good and loud like playing music on walkman
the files on the attach will make it 100% as it should be.
download the attach
extract it by explorer i prefer ES File
you will get 4 file copy and replace them on this path /system/etc/ tfa98xx
after replacing reset the permissions for the 4 file again rw r r
reboot and be happy
i tested on eXistenZ Ultimate 3.0.0 without any other sound mod and i dont use v4a also so dont complain if u flashed another sound mod before
if u test it on another rom feedback welcome to help each others

WORKING here also on existenz 3.0 , but still the ringing volume was higher before on the older RomAur , dont know is it rom related , or this messing up with the @niaboc79 Z3`s sounD Enhancement , but the ringing volume is 2 levels lower even with that patch , wich is working ,just saying

his mod just for enable 2 speakers for calls and notifications my mod to make the sound stereo like playing music on walkman for calls and notifications so it will be louder

this mod depending on sony sound files which it is not in cm11 im like you hope someone can make cm11 sound like the stock if so i can make it

Ive tried every sound mod available and my sound remains the same ive tried the flashable file and the manual extraction to no avail

Could someone explain me how to properly deodex Stock Sony Lollipop 5.1.1? I have tried the same method used on 5.0.2 but framework folder is giving me bootloops.

Don't know why you're having such a problem, I've already deodexed 5.1.1 for Z to port some apps to my Z1. Didn't have any problems.

Deodex framework also, use JoelDroid:

But replace its "tools/oat2dex.jar" with this oat2dex.jar:

This will prevent the mistakes in services.jar and framework.jar.
Also you should decompile services.jar and replace the compareSignature function just in case. ("Super user mod")

Their oat2dex might be outdated, and that causes deodexing mistakes in services.jar and framework.jar. Try my method.

Where should I get the odex files for framework? I can't seem to find them in any sqsh file, only the ones present in framework/art folder

I tried but get bootloop again
I download oat2dex from your link and move to \Lollipop Batch Deodexer 2.5\tools and replace here and start to deodex 5.1.1 from z.as already deodex without any problem but when flashed,get bootloop

Yup, that's what happening, if you only replace files from app and priv-app you won't get any bootloop (maybe a phone fc when answring a call), but go with framework folder and it'll go bootloop all the way around

Anyways, I'm using Z1 with 5.1.1 fully deodexed and highly customized by me (modified many system apps). Works damn perfect...

Xperia Z and Z1 filesystem structure should be the same...
