Hello im new to the samsung galaxy and i want to flash a custom rom i have already
rooted my phone and i have got rom manager and flashed a recovery so what do i do next and can i download any rom to my samsung galaxy s. thank you in advance.

Lol why not try jellyblast rom for pop plus/mini plus , it has been ported on pop plus!!!

Read post before you ! Jellyblast is not Android 4.1.1, it's 2.3.6 modded to 4.1.1
why do you need it?.
as long as your devices works fine youre good to go.
coz. JB kernels have somebugs.

Hi There,
CM9 and CM11 are the Best. Still there are a lot of roms for Cooper aka Galaxy Ace.
And the apps will run according to the OS version.
