[Request] Port Home launcher Xperia Z Ultra

Hello guys!
Someone can port Xperia Z Ultra launcher? it's beautiful, I did try it but it only for 4.2
So someone can do this for Xperia V, T, TX, the equipment of our great

i decompiled home.apk but i cant seem to find the SDK version.i will keep looking.lowering it may help.also there are xhdpi resources in app so no need for resizing
Edit:lowering the sdk version to 16 (4.1.1)doesnt seem to get it working.

So it's impossible??

Did you try walkman app?? I tried but lost walkman app, I see someone successfully walkman app, for me only album and movie works

Yep butt there are other features of the launcher that cannot be ported so the whole launcher itself must be ported by e nice developer )

That's why I said lol.nice developer or not.it needs 4.2.2. lowering sdk to 16 was our only chance and it didnt work
Ps:i have already talked to xperia tipo, p,and ion developers.we all put project aside for now. But I hope it gets ported.i really like new launcher

Port that mod @charmidz?
Ask 1st permissions to @XDA.AGM and to me because that mod is based with my settings

Z2 17.1.A.1.2 Apps&framework_Deodexed

I dumped and deodexed the apps and framework from the lateset Z2‘s Firmware 17.1.A.1.2.
Cause there are some issue need be fixed for Flashtool, so FTF still need wait.
@DooMLoRD has made new Kernel+Recovery

Beautiful share. Only two things I noticed... No priv-apps folder apps included at all and magazines is still odexed... But thanks a lot for sharing...

Media apps,SystemUI and many other apks are missing
Plz can you upload all the apks
Apps,priv-apps folders

Perhaps that resides in one of the framework files... I haven't looked into it too well, but I do know that album and walkman apks look much like other versions...

Then he can get official updates of apps from sony right....????

[Q] walkman app not accessible

Hi
Recently I flashed the media apps of Sony xperia z2 to my rooted z1 by installing the zip file using twrp recovery. However on porting I found that the Walkman app has gone off the app grid but is still there in the app list in settings>apps>all apps.
Also found that the movies app force closes. On going through the thread I came to know that there was a problem in the zip file.
Id like to know how to get the Walkman app back on to the app menu so that I can access my music again.thanks in advance

You'll need original media apps to make it works again. What is your firmware version? I can upload them if you need it.

I would really like to help you but I can't find that apk file in my app or priv-app folders...
I have it in small app launcher but can't find in to upload it...

Yeah...no app on market.
If you can remember what was the name of that app I'll find it and upload.
I'll try to check again but I already checked apk by apk and can't find it...??!

Baidu folder official fix

For those who have problem with baidu folder being created here is the new update which fixes the problem.
Please find the below attachment
Delete baidu folder if exists
Install APK normally reboot to verify
Tested on XPeria ZL 283 Stock

Maybe dumb question, but why we need to delete this folder? It's not making phone work any worse or better!?!?

possibly a spyware and even sony fixes it to limit only available in china for their chinese users.

Im just sharing the update from xperia z3. Baidu may Notbe a spyware but it was kinda annoying me.

There are also lots of folders on sd card that are absolutely empty....I think they are more annoiyng...!?

Hence i use the cleaner to delete them off. im not forcing you to install it its just an update that should appear in your phone if you dont wanna use this please dont.

Can I ask what cleaner do you use to remove all unusual stuff from sd card?

Definitely not the myxperia app. Check using esfile explorer it gives icon for most of the folders created by the respective apps.
