Hi,
My sensation xl, has a problem and I dont Know how to fix it.
He doesnt turn on, just simply vibrates and shows the HTC logo in a white page. I cant do anything whit it, try to factory reset, but he does nothing, just stays there and goes black and then vibrates and shows that HTC logo and in about 20 seconds goes black again and so on.
Can someone please help me.
The phone is S-on.

HI can any one help me pls. i cracked screen on my xda11s and decided to replace it , wich i did , but now the screen is stuck on white screen,i have tried hard reset and soft reset, when i turn on u can hear the ping noise, as if it is going to align ment screen, and when i do presss the record and power buttons, it makes asound but nothing still the white sceern, when i try to run mtty it goess to usb but then client, comes up 4 times and cannt do aanything ,ia hvae tryed all i can, can anyone pls help me, i wuold really appresicate anyones help, thankyou.

Dont know what my friend did to my phone. I cannot enter the bootloader. I have tried all the various buttons but nothing is shown EVER on screen. Is the green light an indication of some sorts? Other than that the phone is on.
Please help. I don't care if I lose everything. I just want my phone again.
Hi all im really looking for some help before i give in and send my for repair. I have only had it a week and earlier today it suddenly stopped working but just before it did it said the xperia home has stopped and then the phone went off and wouldnt turn back on. When i finally managed to get it to come back on i get just the sony logo then a blank black screen with a backlight on and nothing else this then loops back into the sony logo then the blank screen. Iv tried charging the phone. Connecting to a computer does not work as it cant recognise the device. (otherwise i could have reset the phone). Iv tried volume up and power get the three vibrations then it ends up doing the same thing when i switch back on. Then volume down and power while plugged into computer but the green light comes on for a brief second then goes again. Im really baffled as to whats happened and any advice would be really appreciated.

I have problems with my htc. I was charging my phone when screen turned black and now the screen is always black, can't get it to work. I can not even perform hard reset. Can someone help me?

Try to rest by holding up+power for about 30 seconds.
If you plug it in does the led turn on?

I have a big problem with my M7. It keep on boot loop all the time. Just I see Blank screen with HTC logo. I tried to get into Bootloader in order to clean cache but I have not time enought for do nothing. Also you should know that battery doesn´t charge so I have this continue loop in boot when is pluged. Please your help !!!! Thanks. Gracias:fingers-crossed:
My m7 started to behave weird yesterday.
I unlocked to check time, suddenly white screen, HTC One logo and stuck there.
Today, exactly the same - unlock and sudden white screen appears.
I didn't find solution / cause of my problem yet.
To get out of white screen,
press POWER + VOL UP and keep pressed for about 10 seconds -> Then your phone reboots (at least mine does).
