Yes you can.
You can create a vibration by yourself.
Go to sound - vibration ( then you'll see an option so you create a new vibration )

How do I answer my Bluetooth Headset?
Uhhhh, press the largest button on it once......
And read the manual it came with... hint: make sure your headset is paired with your phone!
Did you plan on mentioning the headset your using?
1. Calm down
2. Every tech thing you buy has a manual (Pray that you didn't throw it away already)
3. If not, google your model
4. If all else phails, PRESS BIG SHINY BUTTON!

What is the result of your using the SEARCH capability - I seem to recall that there are a number of threads on this in the past?
Did none of the search results help?
Bill
And if you still draw a blank.
It's just not possible, hardware does not allow it.

I'll admit that I was a bit fond of my old Sprint phone (from work) that could record calls with the push of a button, but in general, I just don't have a need for call recording.

Requires speakerphone, and the quality will be terrible. The Kaiser's hardware is not designed to allow the mic to pickup any sounds coming from the earpiece.

" I just want you to know that I'm recording this conversation and I'm going to sue you.. You better not screw up"
Side note here, if you do the google image thing and look up "lawsuit" you will get a naked girl on the first try. I thought that was strange.

Often when I receive a call my HTC Touch Diamond turns on the speaker phone. Why? Is there a configuration option to turn that off? When I answer the phone I don't want it putting itself on speakerphone automatically.

You need to install the modified skype apk found here on the forums, check the android apps/games section (not the galaxy tab one)
Here you go http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TZIX2I3A
its 2.3 only tho

Use it on your own phones or others'?
I'm not going to judge you but I'd like to remind you that it is illegal to do it on other person's phone.
