Use twrp usb otg feature.. install rom from usb

Or try adb push.
When connected and booted into recovery what does "adb devices" return?
Sent from my HTC One using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Did the same thing.. Couldn't find anything that would work.. Sent it back to HTC....$200!!!!!! To flash it back to stock. I havent approved them to fix it yet ...still trying to find a cheap way to fix it.

You're computer's detecting the device just fine.
Put your rom.zip in the same folder as your adb files.
Plug the phone in and boot it into recovery.
Hold shift and right click in the folder with the adb files.
Select open command prompt here.
"adb push rom.zip /sdcard/"
It'll take a while so just leave it alone. It will tell you when its done.
After it's done, flash the rom like normal.

It should be successful if you have:

HBOOT: 1.44 (You need s-off if you need to downgrade)

HTC One RUU issue.

Hi there,
I have a problem with my htc one. I had a rooted stock rom with TWRP recovery.
I wanted to go to 4.2.2 so i tried using an RUU which failed, i probably picked the wrong one. Now my wifi constantly says 'turning on', lots of apps are blank saying no sd card installed and im not sure what to do now.
My baseband is 4A.17.3251.14_10.39.1150.04L and i bought an unlocked uk phone.
Anyone know what i need to do now to get it working again?
Thanks

I may be wrong but don't you need stock recovery when running a ruu or be on the same cid or mid. ??? I think more info would help? Did you change any of those ?? Like are you s on or off?

My apps are back to normal and wifi works!

I need Help Rebuilding

I was having issues so I did a full format in TWRP...
Now I have Nothing.
I know I need to Push a Rom? or an RUU via Fasboot or adb but I have NO idea where to start.
I am S-off - htc Dev unlocked - Twrp Recovery

The easiest way is not going to be an RUU you would have to relock the boot loader flash the RUU and then start over.
Grab this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40341536
Download a Sprint Rom you like and then from the tool click sideload Rom (do this while your phone is connected to the computer / bootloader). You may also need to click install HTC drivers from within the tool.

Thank you for the clarification. I was assuming that I have to start from the "bottom", first bootloader, then S-OFF, then recovery, then root. This is what I did for my Desire Z and Sensation XE.
Based on your comment, I followed this path:
HTC Unlock
Recovery (CWM)
Flash SuperSU via recovery
S-OFF via rumrunner
Now to wait till mike1986 releases an ARHD for my phone

Yes, you can't obtain S-Off on Hboot 1.55. It was available only for 1.54 hboot version.
After S-off,how can I update my phone? I get OTA android 4.3 but when phone restart to install it but it doesn't install.

[Q] Rom installation,No baseband and network, can't s off

Hi, I own a singapore HTC butterfly S which was initially bootloader unlocked and rooted only.
I installed MaximusHD 11 few months back WITHOUT S OFF sucessfully and used it till few days back with no issue.
So MaximusHD 12 was out and I downloaded it via phone.
Without reading the main thread, I installed it with CWM 6.0.3.6 and got into bootloop at the HTC logo.
So I Reinstalled MaximusHD 11 and ended up having no baseband or radio at all despite redownloading and reinstalling it.
Tried to read all the threads related and tried S-OFF-ing with Rumrunner 0.5.0 and it runs perfectly and states that it's S OFF,
BUT when i go into Hboot1.54, its still S ON. I tried Revone S OFF, Firewater S OFF, both didn't work.
Had tried ALL the custom roms in the development page and non of it manage to pass the HTC Boot screen except for MaximusHD 10,11 and Skydragon, which eventually end up with a phone with no radio/baseband.
Tried reverting to stock rom listed by koniiiik and other user. Stuck too.
Had absolutely no Idea what I can do now. Would appreciate some help for this issue.

Try flashing it by copying the file to your external SD and rebooting into bootloader. Also, when using fastboot, what command are you executing exactly?

I had tried putting it as P068IMG and PO68IMG both showed me wrong zipped image error. so I redownloaded the same firmware and extract them out and rezipping it back, rename it as PO68IMG and it was flashed but nothing happened after reboot. Renamed the firmware as P068IMG and it doesn't read at all in bootloader. I'm still on MaximusHD 11.

Flashed stock rom provided by koniiik , stuck at boot loop. Wipe, reinstall, still the same boot loop. Is it normal that there's a bootloop?
It boot looped for 15mins and still bootlooping.
** I got the exact problem as the guy in the link below. can't flash the OTA at all, I can't even transfer the file to my SD card or internal storage. Even if I had it in my external SD, it also still shows wrong zipped image.

HTC One M7 Help

Hello all. I need to know is there something wrong with my phone. Been trying hard for weeks to root and not got anywhere.
My pc is on Windows 8.1
It reads my phone as My HTC is this bad?
I follow the htc dev page and can't not get command prompt to find my phone. I am not sure of the command to do this.
Also does it matter that I received a OTA of 4.4.3 and my H-Boot is 1.57.
Cheers.
