Hi Guys,
As the topic title suggests my Z1 is having a very strange issue when I try to install apps. Even though I have installations from unknown sources enabled, you just can't install the app. When I try to press the install button, nothing happens (it looks greyed out). The cancel one works perfectly and cancels the installation. Did a factory reset and everything worked but don't know what's wrong now again.

I have had the same issue. I found that ES File Explorer has its own app to install APK and it works. So try that as it worked for me.
Do you have any screen filters/adjusters installed/running? These mess up the install button (weird bug, but it does). Uninstall or disable those and try again please

Yes I do and that might be the issue

Thank god for Google and this forum aha. Mine started to do exactly the same thing, stupid phone, colour displacement yellow tinge, but writers it stops the install button

Hi guys, anyone here having a problem with blue flickering screen while using keyboards in youtube? I dont know whats this about so decided to put it here. It keeps flickering/shuttering.

I cannot replicate this issue.
It would help if we knew which rom/fw you are on.
I am on rooted JB and do not get that blue screen

Oops! Sorry i completely forgot to put that. Xperia T JB, Dutch Generic, flashed it through flashtools. Build no.489. Not rooted n Locked BL .
And it only happens while on youtube(as far as i know)

Have you got any other keyboards installed? I cant really help further as i dont have that bug... try uninstalling you tube and then reinstalling it after a reboot

Same issue for me but with youtube how I fix this issue please anyone help\what version of firmware should I flashed ???
I had the same problem in Movies (on JellyBean) and in random apps (on Lollipop)
Try to Disable HW overlays (in Settings -> Developer options), see if it works.
I also have blue flickering when using gallery, but it usually disappears after few seconds( same problem with 4.3, 4.4, 5.0).
Xtreme6.2 supported Appkill when you hold down the menu button, however its not supported in 7.0.
Is there any Mod that i can use to activate App killer again?

reinstall the rom, it solved my problem. btw 7.0 is way more better than 6.2

yup just reinstall it has no problem to me. but if you need other language, you need to flash separately, i hope it will be added on the next version.
everything else is great!
if restall doesnt work try another app killer. in the market are plenty of them

I had this problem a few days ago. When I'm choosing to install an App from an APK-File, the Installer opens, asks me if I'm ok with the rights for the app. Then there are the two Buttons "Cancel" and "Install". But I just can't press "Install". It's not greyed out.
Last time, I just deleted data from the Installer and rebooted. This fixed it at least for one installation, because I didn't install any other app. Actually it was the Amazon Market Place.
Does anybody have the same Problem? I'm a little confused, because it had worked. But, when I tried to solve the problem as described above, it just didn't work again..
I also didn't find an issue which looked similar to this. Even updating the Firmware didn't help..
Any suggestion?

I downloaded the Amazon Market-Place App (I hope thats sigend?). Unknown source is checked. How can I verify if it'S signed or not?
What app is that? Is it in the play store? Upload it see if I can install it.

I found the App, called "Twiliight". It changes the colour temperature of your screen depending on the time. Now it's working again! thank you very much!!

I have asked that on the troubleshooting section but I have yet to receive a reply. I was told to change the build.prop to show the S4 model (i9500) but it still didn't work. Hoping someone has an answer.

Thank you for your effort! Unfortunately the app just closes on me. It work sometimes, but most 99% of the time it freezes and closes.
I'll uninstall, reinstall, clear cache and try again.

Now working Ok. Actually I installed the normal apk and it worked fine too, except the scenes. It's strange we can only choose 2 scene modes (night and action I think) and the icons and names doesn't fit. So I decided to install this one to check if the issue was solved here, but it doesn't. I'll continue with stock app since actually I don't need photosphere.

Just flash that mod on my XZ. that working but some message is appear, like Google play service stopping, geotaging stopping and some other else. Idk how to fix that (noob here) so i choose restore all my system use twrp.
btw my device run FW 423 TW.
and should i clear dalvi/canche after flash this mod.

It worked on my Z, photosphere used to force close, now its perfect. Thanks a lot mate...BTW it merges on my old camera app, no other camera is present. I'm on a PA 3.6 ROM

I flashed the zip in recovery and it did replace my CM10.1 camera. Haven't tried manually dragging files files over to see if it would make a difference. I currently have the older Photosphere running side by side with the CM10.1 camera. I installed this version by manually dragging files and setting read write permissions.

Same as you, now installed GAPPS from recovery could fix this...
but each time now reboot got a message "Android is upgrading" and now I am going to reflash the ROM....

The libs already exist and work fine as does gmscore
There's been several releases of this already. I don't really think you can claim this to be your own work...
