Hello guys!
Could any of you Butterfly S owners tell me about the built-in FM radio? Are you satisfied with it? How good is the receive sensitivity?
I am planning to buy a new phone and I have a hard time deciding between the Butterfly S and the LG G2. Unfortunately the G2's FM radio is said to have poor reception. I wonder if the Butterfly S is any better in this regard...

Very nice! But seems they're sold only in Russia at the moment...thanks
Yes, but besides the larger screen, the Touch Cruise has more features and is readily available
I have tried 2 now, the sound was good, however there is a constant tone under the music which is rather annoying. but it doesnt occur with another phone i have tried [Nokia C3-01]. it could be a connection problem, but i cant compare that with other HTC INC S'.
Anyways my question is:
Has anyone come across a great fm transmitter for the HTC INC S?
doesn't anyone use a FM Transmitter with their HTC INC S ???
If you can still find a Phillips one, go for it. Best thing ever (until I broke it, however)

i shall have to take a look thanks duwenbasden.
i am also looking at a Motorola T505. many people have sworn buy this wireless fm transmitter
I went for this one

Wanted something nice and cheap to plug into my radio at home to listen to while stuck washing up and it had good reviews. So far no problems. Good reception, sound quality is good considering it is playing through a crappy radio and works well with the phone.
Best FM Transmitter ever
I just found this on WOWparts.com for only $10.68. It is way better than I have expected for the price. The transmitter is compatible with USB, 3.5 mm and even the SD card. Easy to handle. I drive a lot and this transmitter has made the driving less boring with music. Highly recommend for everyone.

Hi
Just wanted to ask if fm radio is working ok for you, my experience is no to good reception wise
I've used htc, apple and Samsung earphones but listening to the radio station is a terrible experience it's a constant crackling sound interrupted by some music
Also the sound quality from htc supplied headphones is kinda poor
Ps
Thank God for Internet radio stations

Depends probably on the type of your headphone. I am a FM Radio addict our local FM stations here have way so much perks that listening to them would entertain your the whole day(yeah it's not just plain music here)

For me its good. No problems here. My onkyo av receiver with antenna struggles more to get a good receipton then the one (same room).
The supplied headset is poor? I think they are quite good for supplied ones (but i have better ones).
Edit: If i hold it near the top of the phone the receipton seems to break down. Also if my hand is near the start of the headphone cable
That's what I am saying, the radio should work ok with earphones supplied but not in my case, if I put my s3, s2, and htc one next to each other and turn fm radio on on all of them the samsungs work ok but htc one not so hence the question -how's yours fm radio performance out of the box

FM radio performance (signal sensitivity) is chronic. Fortunately I ditched the One (for various reasons) and now get fantastic performance from the XZ and XZL. HTC need to design the thing correctly if they offer it. The HTC One S was similarly crap.
Hello guys,
Back in the day, When I used to have nokia n900, it was my frist phone with IR blaster. That phone used to have Fm transmitter app, which I could use to transmit my songs from my phone to my car's Fm radio on a set frequency.
I am wondering if its possible with our HTC One ?
Thanks.
IR blaster has nothing to do with having an FM transmitter. HTC One does not have an FM transmitter.
@main_shoby
Heya buddy! I feel you! I still have my working n900 with me here right now
Anyways IR Blaster has nothing to do with FM Transmitter. FM Transmitter is integrated in the qualcomm chipsets it's just that manufacturers aren't enabling it hardware wise due to complicated constraints/restriction on most of the countries around the world.
So the hardware isn't in our phone ?
Or is it's just not activated
Since we have qualcom

I'm considering getting the G Flex, think it looks amazing! But I currently have a HTC One and I listen to alot of music and I think the HTC One can't be beaten for Audio Quality, so how does the G Flex measure up.. Is it any good?
