Preformance is really good and you will be happy . Only there is problem with ram managment but this is going to be fixed on android 4.3 update for xperia sp, i think on November/December.

Oh nice, didn't think they would be bringing 4.3 to this phone.
I'm liking the phone so far

Need information before buying

Hey guys, my sister is thinking on buying a LG p970 Optimus Black but beforehand I'd like to settle down some doubts: whats the last android version it can be updated to? Does it have a gyroscope? Does the 4.2 camera (with photosphere) work on it? Thanks!

Officially it can b updated to icecream sandwich...
Unofficially it can b updated to latest android version but it is far from stable..!!
Camera 4.2 works but is nt fully functional..infact its laggy.
Frankly go for other new phones wid bttr technology at almost same price..
Next is upto u

Samsung Galaxy grand is best at low price
I think lg nexus 4 is much more powerful and not high price at all .. i'd have bought it if it was released earlier xD

Of course price is low, but the device is failed...
Just go through Google for people opinions.
Main backlog no internal memory..

LG: Never Again!! Except the nexus 4. Amazing phone, plus you get Android updates first. Awesome.

Sorry guys, just hate that you come on here to discuss something and get help and all you get is bashed. I got an update this morning but like everyone said its just the 434 one. Nothing new sorry. Does anybody know whats new? Or is that mentioned elsewhere. Thanks

Apparently just a fix for sudden death which has affected a few phones. And stability and performance tweaks I believe.

It's not even an 'official release' as such for nexus devices anyway, it's a developer preview, just a proof of concept really.

check the online reviews
from what i know of motorola's with android they have had a few bugs to do with the wifi
They all say its a good phone but its firmware is a bit crap... but I can sort that lol bit of rooting and a nice new custom rom can solve it. What would you do?
Sent from my GT-I8190N using xda app-developers app
Idk about rooting stuff. I had Motorola phone before this one and it was pain in the ass to root. Sometimes rooting isn't even possible thanks to locked bootloader.
Also its CPU is x86 based so idk how much apps are supported.

so did a comparison of your choice
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=5033&idPhone2=3621
S3 mini has a higher pixel density
others than that S2 does look to have better specs
S2 also heats up pretty quickly
I had it for 2 weeks .not recommended. Miles away from samsung.
motorolla phone? thats a crap

ROM suggestions for performance?

Well I am after a new ROM I am currently using exitenz or how ever you speel it, but used it for a while and have been having some performance issues lately and I was waiting for an update but just found out there will be none.
So I would really appreciate it if someone could recommend a good ROM for performance. Thank you
