Because not everyone can unlock their phone and doing it voids warranty, but just rooting does not
I tried a lot of way but failed.
Isn't it possible to root my device Xperia TX 7.0.A.3.212???

You can do this.
OR a much easier method is to Unlock the Bootloader and use DoomLord's method with his kernel. I used the method in Post #3: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2129121
He said without unlocking the bootloader

What?
Is your bootloader unlocked or locked?
I'm not sure bootloader is unlocked or locked, I dont want to unlock if it is locked, is there a way to root without unlocking bootloader?
Sent from my LT30p using xda app-developers app
If you are unsure them it is locked, because you have to unlock it yourself.
Yes you can root without unlocking, follow the instructions I gave above

Yiou are kidding right....did you do any reading...
Please read the all in one thread. Its the first thread in the Q&A section. It gives all the info you need on unlocking our bootloader.
But first,
goto the dialer and press
*#*#7378423#*#*
goto service info/configuration
If the bottom line says
bootloader unlocked allowed: No
You cannot currently unlock your bootloader by any known means
If it says
bootloader unlock allowed :Yes
Then read the all in one thread and follow the instructions
It says bootloader unlock yes, I tried doing I couldn't do it

You are not following the instructions properly then, and unless you give more details in how and at what step it fails I can't be of much more use

Hi everyone, please I really need help on how to root xperia t, I was using Samsung galaxy s2 and rooting it was so easy but xperia t is a Little bit confusing for me. I am a novice with sony xperia t. I have already unlocked the bootloader, but for rooting, I need a video tutorial or step by step manual on how to do this, because I need to do it. I have so many programs that require root Access, without root is all useless. thank you very much beautiful people and hoping to hear from you....bye

wow,
why have you unlocked your bootloader? What did you want to do?
Anyway, now that you have unlocked there is no need to root, just flash a custom kernel (I recommend DooMKerneL, find it in the dev section, make sure you get the one for the T)
Once you have flashed that you will have root.
Hey Guys,
I've been trying to try to get a root on my LT25i on JellyBean.
Till date, I am unable to get root.
I'm looking at using my Carrier's stock firmware.

Carrier: M1, Singapore

We can't use flash tool to downgrade cause its not supported! Any other suggestions??
Thanks

Yes it is, just flash an ICS ftf

EDIT,
Sorry my mistake, now I am at my PC I can see you have a V.
In which case rooting is easy..just unlock you rbootloader and flash an insecure kernel.

You can use any Rom that is based on a stock firmware and kernel.
Make sure you have cwm recovery to flash Rom

i heard you need to be on stock based firmware to install the recovery,
but you can flash on other roms and manually flash the kernel or something like that
im not too sure,

BL is already unlockable, one unlocked u lose all DRM, there is no need for exploit.
Root was needed just to push the recovery to the stock kernel.
And CM uses a completely different kernel than the stock and the only way to flash it by unlocked BL

Exactly. I'm not sure of the chances that non-unlockable devices will become unlockable. If I said any amount if time I'd be making it up :/
One of the devs said that Sony bootloaders are locked up tight though...
