Hello everyone !
When I was editing framework.jar and SystemUI.apk for the "swipe-to-clear-notification" mod, by following a guide, I should go to /values/public.xml to add a few lines at the end of the file.
The problem is, there is no /values/ folder.

How do I customise the signature on xda premium app?
The problem is this... The official method of Sony is hard to do for me cause I'm locked at the sdk-extras and there I can't find the Google folder said in that guida...
Also if I do the command to check if fastboot is properly working and stuck at the <waiting for device>.... Can't go ahead...
Sorry if I wrong section

Hi
You will need to update SDK, and after that the Google director will apear. Use SDK Manager to update, you will find it in tools, if I am not wrong.
Cheers

The only way to restore it is taking it to Sammy for repair.

fixed efs but how to repair imei as its changed
Imei depends on efs files.. every file has its own data. As far as I know you can't modify them.. this is the main problem

Porting Not possible but you can surely try Custom ROMs like PAC, CM 10.1 & AOKP as they are 4.2.2 based....

is it possible to flash only baseband on this phone? I know it can be done on other sammy phones but can't find anything about Advance
If anyone has some knowledge how and where to find baseband file I would really appreciate it
Baseband=Modem/PHONE=modem.bin.md5
Just make a .tar from modem.bin.md5 and flash with Odin as PDA, or if your phone is rooted enter this to ADB/Terminal:
Code:
su
dd if=/storage/extSdCard/modem.bin.md5 of=/dev/block/mmcbk0p13
reboot
That I know, but where to get the file or can it be extracted from the md5 file?

Or you can do reverse, remove all exept that file. But you need yo remove md5 extension I think, from file name of tar.

I tried so many times with Odin without any result, so I decided to do it manually using the terminal. Your code don't work because it need some changes, here is the fixed one:
Code:
su
dd if=/storage/[B][COLOR="Red"]sdcard1[/COLOR][/B]/modem.bin.md5 of=/dev/block/mmcb[B][COLOR="Red"]l[/COLOR][/B]k0p13
reboot
(Maybe you wanted to use /extSdCard but you wrote /storage/extSdCard which don't exists)
You can also do a backup of the original modem before flashing the new one:
Code:
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13 of=/storage/sdcard1/modem.bin.backup
Please can someone upload lql baseband just ready to flash it by odin?
