Hi, I kinda messed up.
I have the international variant of the HTC One, and I flashed Cyanogenmod 10.1.3 (stabe) after rooting it. After that, I switched to the Google Play Edition ROM, and then tried to flash Cyanogenmod 10.2 over that. I backed up, wiped data, cache etc, and tried flashing CM10.2, but it failed. So I wiped data again and accidentally erased internal storage too.
Now my phone is stuck at the HTC boot logo, and I can't do much with it but access recovery, but I have nothing to flash over it. Please help.
Elemental X 6.0 htc one

What recovery are you using as you can sideload through adb allowing you to push roms.
The options is normally found under advanced.
To push use the following command. adb push romname.zip /filelocationonphonehere/
Hope this helps

Hi, I probably performed a lot of stupid steps on my HTC One but this is what I did so far and could use some help. I have currently used the HTC all in one tool by hasoon2000. I had Android Revolution 6.0 and was working perfectly fine but then decided to install Android Revolution 7.0. Unforunately, I guess Clockwork Recovery doesn't like aroma installer because it froze halfway through the installation. I turned the phone off but it proceeded to freeze 3 more times. Eventually it got stuck into a boot loop. Then because I could not do anything, I cleared the dalvik, cache, system, and data. I have erased the cache through fastboot and flashed a new boot.img of the old ROM. I am currently trying to install TrickDroid 5.1 on my phone but when I try to install TWRP recovery it will blink for a second then load back into bootloader. When I install either CW recovery or CW Touch, It works but the phone shuts down automatically into bootloader when I either attempt to factory reset, install zip from Rom, sideload Rom. Can anyone help me please? When I turn on the phone without going into boot lader it just stays on the htc logo, im assuming because there is not ROM installed right now.
hi mate post this on trickdroid thread someone there will help you out
First step is to make sure you don't use the touch screen while installing the rom. Use the volume keys and the power button to make selections. If that doesn't work, try a few other times. I had the same thing happen to me. If all else fails, try installing the maximus7 rom. That's the rom that installed for me without trouble and it'll at least get you a working phone until the other roms are fixed
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
All right I'll try to sideload the Maximus ROM. Some extra info, the cache won't mount at all.
Does anybody have any previous versions of CW recovery or TWRP i can flash onto my phone? I heard the newer recoverys aren't very compatible with aroma installer or the newer ROMs.

Always do 3 wipe, it should be eisier to pass the weired aroma installer frozen problem.
I'm trying to install the ElementalX Kernel onto my HTC One for overclocking. I've had it installed before but have since downloaded and installed an updated ROM which removed the kernel. When installing the Kernel using TWRP I'm able to go all the way though the setup of the Kernel but when I select to install it shows /wipecache as the first line then goes black before restarting back to android.
I've checked the MD5 on the phone itself and it matches up, I've performed a system reset, and a fastboot cache erase as well as selecting different frequencies in the kernal installer itself but still have the same issue. I've had a search of the forums and wasn't able to find any matching exactly so any advice is appreciated.
Some of the Versions:
Sense: 5.5
Android 4.4
ROM: Android Revolution HD One 40.3
TWRP v2.6.3.3
Trying to install
ElementalX-m7-10.5
Nevermind, reinstalled the ROM again, restarted, factory reset, and working.

Sometimes it happens when you instal bulletproof or elementalx kernels. Although you didn't have to factory reset, all you have to do in this situation is either dirty flash your rom again, or backup the system partition and then restore it, and then reboot, and just to be safe fastboot erase cache and then flash the kernel again and it should be good now.

I recommend using 4EXT recovery. Also, try reinstalling the ROM.
But first, wipe everything (except SD card) and then install the ROM. Also, check the hboot.
Does it get stuck at the X logo? If yes, then boot to recovery and format boot + system, several times. This may be due to a corrupt boot + system file system. Then install the ROM.
Hi,
Looking for some help from you guys if possible. I have have been flashing Android HD Roms by Mike1986 for some time now on my HTC One (M7). Last updated to HD-One_91.1 to upgrade to Lollipop. Experienced very poor battery performance so looked to flash back to an earlier Kitkat version. Instead of flashing a previous one, I thought i'd give the Google 6.1_GE a go and see what that was like.
Big problems. Phone kept getting stuck in boot loop - so eventually i decided to wipe the phone and start again. Now when I switch phone on It boots into the start screen for Goggle edition then reboots constantly.
As I wiped the patition, I do not have the option to reinstall even the Lolipop ROM.
My phone wont stay on long enough to copy another ROm over. so Im stuck with a pjone that keeps switiching off before I can do anything with it.
I use TWRP recovery but when i try Factory reset etc, same problem occurs.
How can I get another compatible ROM onto the phone or am I stuck with a knackered phone?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation.

Your phone must be s-off to use this rom like said in the OP. Also said that your phone WILL bootloop if you flash it without having s-off.
Android Revolution HD 6.1
Google Edition
You need S-OFF, otherwise you'll experience boot-loop!
You can't use ART with deodexed custom ROM
You need TRWP 2.6.3.3 custom recovery!

Boot in recovery (twrp), push a rom to your phone using adb push, adb sideload or MTP (MTP only available on newer twrp versions) and then flash the rom.

Ok so i had 5.02 rooted kitkat. Obviously unlocked bootloader. It says 3. And twrp 2.8something...
For the previous months every time i rebooted the phone it took like 10 minutes to boot for some reason. But it worked. It was laggy these days so i thought i will wipe everything and install CM12.1.
So i downloaded the rom and gapps. Then i wiped delvik, cache, system, internal memory and data. I also did format data.
I dont really understand, obviously, how android works. So i had the zips on external card and pressed install on from twrp menu. Then wiped cache and delvik cache. Tried to reboot and says 'Warning no OS found'. I say okay and then it says that it wants to root. I say ok again.
Now the PROBLEM is that it does nothing. It justs stucks on motorola boot logo for too much time. I am not sure if this is because i already had a problem with booting taking too much time or because of what i have wiped. I also tried updating bootloader again. Not sure if this changed anything
Long story short, how do i continue now? Is there a way to really delete everything i have done on the phone, then install fresh twrp and then CM12.1? And how do i fix the booting taking too much time problem...
Any help will be valueable. I just dont get how things work because nowadays there are too many things, kernels, roms, bootloaders, recoveries etc... Can i just flash the CM rom from my computer via usb? I tried something like that by ?sideload? only to get a problem about requiring 1.0.32 version. I tried to download new SDK but again i have 1.0.31 version of adb...
Thanks!
P.S. Yes, i am totally lost. But i have desire to understand...

http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/general/restore-to-stock-t2873657 try to restore to stock
I am trying to do this but i dont have some files like boot.img or logo.bin etc.... Where can i download those? There is a link about mfastboot is not working. I am using linux btw so i guess the fastboot i already have is okay
EDIT: Ok i am obviously stupid. The files are on the zip ROM. Okay i am doing this. Now the question i have is, cant i install CM12.1 using fastboot like this ROM?
Okay and it worked. It booted stock rom and this time it booted in a minute or two (considering it was the first time booting i think its awesome).
Now i have to try CM rom. At least i know how to return the phone back if anything happens. Thank you very very much!

I only have one severe bug. 3G is not working for some reason. So i dont have gsm internet except the slow one...
